The lack of Rakshasas really disappointed me. That was such an awesome creature type that was close to my heart and they didn't really do anything awesome with it. Sigh. I guess we can work with Rakshasa Gravecaller.

your opponent can play a creature that's worse than whay you have already taken to take that one back but he won't be playing anything better than it...
Also, it's the very first Control Magic effect that you may end up casting in a creature of your own if somehow your opponents control no creatures and you have nothing else to do... haha
Interestingly enough, I had even forgotten about Exploit. They spoiled exploit cards in the first days of spoilers and then... never again.
At last, but not least when I saw Ancient Carp I got the name wrong and man... it made SOOO MUCH MORE SENSE BACK THEN
The card references the Sultai, who are B/U/G, and Silumgar, who is U/B. The card is white. Just doesn't really make any sense.
To be fair, the art of Fate Forgotten features Altar of the Brood. Not sure how the Sultai disappearing and the statue being forgotten is a White action though.

My guess is that Silumgar didn't like the possibility of the Rakshasa usurping his power, so he didn't let many of them hang around.
First time we see new art for Negate.

That Gravecaller seems pretty sweet, though.
I REALLY wished that the art for Contradict and Negate were swapped. :/
"Kiora is the Aquaman of planeswalkers."
"Useless and everyone pretends to like her?"
I am oddly the same way, as its about time that aura makes a return, also its Flavor Text is funny.

Thematically, at least, it's interesting.
And... cancel just got a new, flying body attached? Wow. If you got an exploitable body, like that draw-2 scholar, you even get to keep the flyer.
I concur. Quite impressive all around.
