WOTC just updated the page for this duel deck, this time using an updated version of the set symbol. This time, they've used artwork... can someone recognize?
Are you asking what it is? If so, the answer is half of a Zendikar hedron on the left and an Eldrazi tentacle on the right.
I'm well aware of what the set symbol parts represent. The thing is that when announced this DD, the set symbol was all grey. Yesterday, I noticed they've changed it using a different art for each part and I'm wondering if that is some kind of a clue - are these new arts or reprints?
My guess would be forests on the Zendikar side and the webbing that was previously mentioned on the Eldrazi side. Maybe the webbing is what happens after Eldrazi drain an area of mana.
The Zendikar half has what looks like green and white coloration while the Eldrazi half is expectedly colorless. Evidence of the Zendikar deck being GW?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I wonder if the Eldrazi and Zendikari will get faction watermarks. That could be pretty cool. They might want to take a break from them after Tarkir though.
I swear I first read it as Wingbonger...something tells me that "As Long as Wingbonger is paired with another creature, both creatures have weed." wouldn't be as good. Seems solid for limited.
A thought that crossed my mind today...
Last time we visited Zendikar, WotC put priceless treasures in the boosters in the first print run (leading to the very occasional opening of a Mox at a pre-release).
It's been six years... reckon they'd do it again?

I'd doubt it, unless they have more of them somewhere. Since the moxes are on the reserved list, they cannot print any more. As I understand it, the ones included in the first run of Zendikar were ones WOTC pulled from their archives/backlogs and I don't know if they have enough left to do it again.

I don't think it'll go with the theme. Zendikar 1 was Indiana Jones World: BFZ is going to be "Attack on Eldrazi" World, so there's little time for treasure-hunting. Perhaps another sort of prize-- more squamous and tentacly-- could replace them?

Wizards isn't desperate to boost sales right now and the prices of P9 are very prohibitive since last time they did it.
If not then the chances of Goblin Guide may be lowered. Coz we have Zurgo, and knowing Wizards they're always extremely cautious.
It doesn't, only KTK and FRF rotate. The block after BFZ will make DTK and ORI rotate.

Deep in a murmuring bosk, where the trees' memories span centuries, the simple banner of green and copper signifies an elder whose rings number more than a faerie's days.

Wait, um, I'm pretty sure only Theros and M15 rotate out when BFZ comes in. KTK and FRF would rotate out when the following block comes in. Standard is going to be 5-6 sets, so the fall will be KTK, FRF, DTK, ORI, and BFZ.
I find it highly unlikely Goblin Guide is in BFZ. 4 playable red 1-drops would be amazing.
Maybe red weenie decks will be a thing in Standard? Plus Monastery Swiftspear will rotate out faster than Zurgo Bellstriker and Lightning Berserker. Khans of Tarkir and Fate Reforged will be considered a separate block from Dragons of Tarkir and Magic Origins under the new Two Block system
Just an infuriatingly vague teaser, I think.

More likely Zendikar vs. Eldrazi, it's hard to imagine them being comfortable bringing Guide back into Standard.
But yeah, if they wanted to bring back Goblin Guide, would they really have printed Zurgo Bellstriker? They would also have Monastery Swiftspear to keep them company in the 1-drop slot.

Didn't even think about that. I guess we will have to wait a little longer for goblin guide to be reprinted.

It would be like buying bottled water when you own the tap. But then again, after seeing MM2015, I would not be overly surprised.
