So, a slight variation on Telling Time. Not bad, but not amazing either.

Seems decent. I would prefer it be one mana though, but that would probably break modern combo decks in half.

Impulse that digs one card fewer. Sure!

Having to put a good card on the bottom is much better than having to leave a bad card on the top.

Telling Time already exists in modern. I doubt this card will show up much. Serum visions is probably better in every way.

No Brainstorm for sure. Fewer draw triggers and one more mana. But I like that I also filter two unwanted cards off the top of my library. Very solid card. I believe this will see play.

Seems ever so slightly worse than Telling Time (though perhaps not), but standard has been wanting this effect for some time now.

Well, well, well. A very nice card selection spell. This will really help a u/x tempo deck. I'm probably most excited about this card so far.

I would have just had a telling time reprint. That card is just so evocative of telling time what to do.

As others have said, I don't know if Modern was going to want this any more than Telling Time. I know consistency with combo decks is an issue, but I really wish this could have cost U. Even at sorcery speed.

Man, imagine how great it would've been with the new Narset to leave a card on top. Still a phenomenal card.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a card named 'Anticipate' before now. Seems like a good card all around. For people complaining that the new Narset PW has nothing to use for her -2, this certainly qualifies. Also, I finally have an easy way to sum up Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar when describing my EDH general. And it is common to boot!

So far, I am loving this set! Let's hope the quality keeps on coming.

This is a pretty cool draw spell. I guess this is what Wizards want their common top-decking spells to be like now. For newer players, this will probably be a four-of in all their blue decks.

Strictly worse Impulse is strictly worse (but still pretty good).

I am probably playing this in Jeskai Tempo.
