I'd be very surprised if they reprinted FoW for standard/modern, but this is well done if fake. Would be surprised if they did not put flavor text with all that space left.
the image itself is from uncharted realms from yesterday but i doubt they would bring FoW back that easily (maybe with the FoW cycle for each color though not sure if the others are on the reserved list)
Printing FoW when they've been saying even coiunterspell is a little too strong for current standard would just be an enormous slap in the face to anyone who actually pays attention to their design and development. Trolls be trollin'.
Force wouldn't be that good in Standard and it barely even has a home in the current modern meta game. I don't think they would reprint it but I don't think it would break the format.

It would be jammed into the Splinter Twin deck so fast you'd probably crumple your cards.
Probably will be Ojutai's Dismissal or something. But a marquee card of Force of Will's level will definitely sell the set ,even if they gave us blanks for the rest of the spoilers.

Since when are free counterspells not that good?

It's been said several times by several people that Force will never see the light of day(standard) again. The ability to tap out and still be safe from literally anything has no place in Standard or Modern. In Modern it would be far to strong with combo being the strongest decks in the format right now. Force lets you tap out and still be safe from EoT Pestermite untap Twin, Scapeshift, whatever it will be that Tron wants to do, Primeval Titan or Hive Mind from Amulet, hell it even lets you stave off Seige Rhinos from Abzan. The only thing it wouldn't be immediately good against would be storm. In standard Force would be used by decks like UW heroic so that they could tap out and not be stone walled by a Storm Breath Dragon And any control deck would be happy to have the safety outlet just in case. This is the most ill informed fake I've ever seen.
The art even does not trully fit. I understand this looks like a counterspell or deflection, but there is absolutely no expression of 'Will' in Ojutai's face, rather disdain or impassibility.
Looks more like the art for a deflection spell than anything - sure Dismiss had similar art, but Wizards has been more consistent in recent years in using specific motifs for particular types of card effect.
As for whether FoW would be relevant in Standard:
a) Of course it would. Yes, it's a two-for-one, but in any format free counterspells are valuable. The fact that the spells aren't as good in Standard in absolute terms isn't relevant - in a lower-powered format, lower-powered cards win games just as well as more powerful cards do in Legacy, and countering them is every bit as important.
b) more importantly, not the point. Bringing it back to Standard puts it in Modern, where it certainly doesn't belong.

FoW isn't free though. It costs a blue card. In a format where DTT is the best possible draw spell (no brainstorm, no contrips, etc.) FOW just wouldn't be as good as it is in legacy.
The issue: Would you really want to spend two blue cards to counter a siege rhino, when you have cheaper options? If FOW was introduced in standard... I would be surprised if it saw play as a four of.
EDIT: This is all hypothetical. The FoW is most likely a hoax. FoW would be too powerful in modern. Doubt they would reprint it.
look at the set symbol. its way too small.
also yeah of course.. counterspell is too good for modern, but now they reprint force of will in standard?

Yeah, seriously. Any format where Treasure Cruise is legal is not a format where Force should be as well.
