Here's my best translation -- i.e., applying Google Translate plus common sense plus knowledge of templating:
Risen Executioner can't block.
Other Zombie creatures you control get +1/+1.
You may cast Risen Executioner from your graveyard by paying 1 for each other creature card in your graveyard in addition to its mana cost.
I'm not a native speaker, but I'm fairly certain it says:
Risen Executioner can't block.
Other Zombie creatures you control get +1/+1.
You may cast Risen Executioner from your graveyard if you pay 1 more to cast it for each other creature card in your graveyard.
EDIT: Nath'd, but it looks like we're all in agreement, except for templating.

I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.
Am I the only person who thinks that this card does not feel like it should be a mythic rare? It doesn't feel mythic (to me, at least) from either a gameplay or a flavor perspective.
Unless the next block is full of zombies it still wouldn't be that good since casting it from the grave still costs too much. He would be fairly playable if it were 1 less for each creature in the graveyard.
Pretty neat! I approve. Kind of a strange card since he costs more to cast for each creature. I wonder if he could appear in some black/x decks that want to just keep recasting him for abuse.
Pfft, zombies are SO 2011. #hipster #snob #hashtags

It plays sort of nicely with Sidisi, Brood Tyrant I suppose. It's going to be harder to cast him unless you delve your yard, but he does buff all your free zombie tokens.
I swear I first read it as Wingbonger...something tells me that "As Long as Wingbonger is paired with another creature, both creatures have weed." wouldn't be as good. Seems solid for limited.
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, Necromaster Dragon, Empty the Pits along with the several actual zombie creatures from Sultai a la Sidisi, Undead Vizier all seem fine with this but it definitely feels like its a plant for an upcoming set. I mean Liliana is a necromancer and she is among the focused upon walkers for Origins so perhaps that. Blood block is Return to Innistrad? (kidding)
Its the cheapest work around to immortal blockers and lazy as hell.
The other would be some kind of drawback when they die (losing life or such) ; which i would enjoy more as it gives more options.
Another would be to have them enter tapped, which would at least allow blocks, but slow enough.
No matter what, the cards are cool to play them from the grave, but they are made in a way that does not really allow you to play a deck full of them (as you cant block).
This is your chance to buy these for cheap, as they will be super relevant next block.
Don't forget how Wizards tends to print cards to work well with the upcoming block.
Or did you really forget we got Scry the set before Manifest?

What do you all think?
Yeah, I'm in agreement here. I thought mythic rares were supposed to be cool, splashy, unique, legendaries, something too powerful for limited, or something to that effect. This standard zombie lord at mythic rare =/= any mythic rare status. That green mythic rare spoiled earlier was like this too. They don't match mythic rarity.
A mythic rare zombie lord in a set that focuses on dragons? Yup, I fail to see the problem here.
This pisses me off more than I'll be able to express properly on a semi-anonymous public forum. I thought they said this was a dragon set? ALL other popular tribes get decent commons, cool interactions, proper lords, but dragons get shafted in THE dragon set.

Risen Executioner can't block

You may cast Risen Executioner from your graveyard if you pay an additional 1 for each other creature in your graveyard.
You can launch the Executioner Revived from your graveyard to launch it if you pay in more than one for every other creature card in your graveyard
Seems like you can cast ~ from your graveyard, if you pay 1 more for each other creature in your graveyard.
