Sadly they will never be together in limited, but you never know in constructed.
You know whether there are fetchlands or not, I expect we will see people creating signatures mocking the side that got it wrong.
At this point I'm hoping they're in DTK so we can stop having this pop up in almost Every thread, or if they aren't in DTK they confirm the reprints in either MM2015 or Origins at Pax east
If they were going to do ZEN fetches they would have put them in the Wedge set where they would have made sense.
Why would they make sense there? The allied-color dragons were dead, and their remains were the fetches. Here, the enemy color has been excised from the broods, and the remnants of the clans can be the fetches. It makes sense, regardless of whether it comes to pass or not.
Are people still seriously dense enough to say that enemy fetches won't be in the set? We were explicitly told that Wizards will not be doing half-cycles of lands in block sets. We got the allied fetches in Khans, couple Wizards' statement with other hints, the enemy fetches will be in Dragons. You have to be a complete idiot to believe otherwise.
Then let Akki_Akki be idiot. Akki_Akki want to see from spoilers we get Fetchlands. Akki_Akki not convinced by hype train alone.
I've no qualms with a gimmick account being labeled as such. This is worse than King_Pun's gimmick, give it a rest.
And it isn't just "the hype train", it is common ****ing sense.
I know it says that the "enemy color" idea was scrapped in the following section but isn't this paragraph odd..
At first I was a little surprised. By topic, I liked dragons collection utilizase opposite colors but then thought about the proposed Erik and I realized he was right. Our main objective was to develop a structure for drafts ever seen; To achieve this, each step had to be very different. Also, when I researched it, I saw that we had not created a cycle of legendary dragons allies colors. The truth was that there was plenty of space mechanic explore.
There were allied legendary dragons in KTK. Maybe I'm just highly confused.

I think you mean FRF, yes?
If so, Fate Reforged was the last set to be designed, as it was the "link" between the two draft formats. It was designed to play nicely with both KTK and DTK. The Dragon Lords had to appear there in some form, to show us what they were like in the ancient past. They obviously also had to match the color identity they would have in the future, given the way the sets are supposed to function in draft.

They were in FRF. But what MaRo talks about here is the whole block plan. Before they even started designing KTK, they had to set the rules for all three sets. At that point, there were no legendary dragons in allied colors.
As for enemy fetchlands, I am for the argument that KTK fetchlands showed the "present that didn't happen" (allied dragon colors), so DTK should have enemy fetchlands showing ruins of heretic clans.

The fact that this block focuses on allied colours helps make the return to Zendikar block being next more likely. Khans/return to zendikar standard would be something I would buy into. Two blocks one focused on allied colours and the other on enemy is better than one block that has a mix of the two.
The fact that its another allied set to go with 90% of every magic set, completely and utterly ruins any reason I had to possibly purchase this set.
We haven't had a set with an ally color theme since Innistrad/Dark Ascension. Avacyn Restored was monocolor, RTR block mixed and matched the color pairs, Theros was monocolor with some support for each pair, Khans was tricolor, and Fate is a weird mixture of color combinations. That's 3 years since the last allied color set. I think that's a reasonable time frame to bring it back.
I feel like there's an abundance of ally-color legends
It doesn't just "feel" that way- it absolutely is that way:
Legends by Color Pair
WU: 23
UB: 21
BR: 21
RG: 18
GW: 21
UR: 7
RW: 10
WB: 8
BG: 11
GU: 6
Notice that even the most developed enemy pair (BG)
is almost half the number of the least developed ally pair (RG)
(and the most developed pair (WU) has almost four times as many Legendaries
as the least developed paid (GU)).
DTK is only going to make things even more lopsided

Yes they said they would be doing full land cycles for block for the colors, but that doesn't mean fetches. For all we know we could get the ally painlands.
Personally I'm thinking IF we get the ally fetches they will be in MM2 nDragons.

Dude, chill. Why do you need to control how people speak and what they think? If Akki_Akki wants to refer to himself in the third-person, let him. If he understands that the comments about full cycles have been given further context by Wizards to refer specifically to block, a format that has largely been abandoned, and is further complicated by the fact that DTK rotates after Khans, more power to him.
The thing about the complete dual cycles being only for block doesn't make sense to me, though. Didn't Wizards make that statement mid-to-late last year? Wizards knew they were about to completely change the block structures of Magic, so why would they bother making a comment like that when they knew block as we know it was about to go away.
Good to see the leak of the article only intensified the rabid enemy fetches debate.
Mega-morph sounds interesting to me. You have to pay the whole 3 mana + morph cost to get the biggest version of the creature. Adds more to consider to an already-interesting mechanic. Good mechanic designs don't have to be insane or splashy.

The reason to purchase this set is because it is a Dragons tribal set. Reguarless of how useful the cards will be in any constructec format, dragons are one of the most popular creature types in MTG and this set will most likely match zendikar block prices in few years after it goes out of print because of high demand. Ever look at the From the Vault: Dragons prices? There really aren't any truely great cards in it, but because it is dragon themed its sells for $200+
Also to throw in my 2 cents on the enemy fetch thing. I really doubt they will be in this set. However I could see them being in the next block, or even reprinted in M16 as a special send-off to the last (for now) core set.
