This is easily the best uncommon spoiled so far. Near-bomb in limited, definitely first pick territory. Fringe standard playable if it weren't for Siege Rhino. There may be a way to exploit ETB triggers, even if no one has really made that happen yet.
I think people are grossly underestimating this card in constructed. Everyone's trying to break ETB abilities with it. I see it as a better Reaper of the Wilds, in that once you untap with it, all your opponent's targeted removal becomes AWFUL. Think about how awful it would feel to hold removal against a creature that can counter it for 1G. Only, there are more interactions, already discussed, such as blanking board wipes and ETB abuse. I mean, really? The only way it's worse than Reaper in my eyes, is it doesn't function on an empty board. But how often will there not be at least mana dorks kicking around?
I really can't believe the activation cost is only 1G.
I kept thinking about the Mana Dorks playing with the kitty as well.
One of the strongest parts of the Knuckleblade was that you could keep up 3 mana to nuke most opponents removal attempts on it. This guy can do something very similiar for only 2 mana and you don't have to go 3 color. He's still 4 power so the ferocious triggers are there.
When you compare him to Polukaranos, you miss the bigger body and ability to right opponents. However, it's sure nice that he can atleast attempt to protect himself. This guy actually can win battles against deathtouch.

He can also bounce back a monster Polukranos and monstrous him again.
1. Opponent plays Siege Rhino.
2. Exchange control of spell and Chimera, in response to exchange use Sabertooth to bounce Chimera and gain Indestructible.
3. Acquire Rhino and drain 3.
4. Replay Chimera.

Seems fun.
Unfortunately, if you do as you described nothing will be exchanged.
I thought this was rare at first, and I was pretty salty. It's useless for Modern, of course, but it could be a player in limited and casual Standard shenanigans. I also don't see how it can go infinite with BTE, since you still need the mana to recast the emissary every time.
Is it too much to think this might get used in some value deck in standard? I mean, saving your hornet queen from removal whilst getting to rebuy the ETB seems pretty freaking strong...

Also you can bounce polukranos to re-monstrosity, bounce back a genesis hydra if you wiff, bounce back eidolon of blossom to draw more cards? This will be ridiculous in mono green devotion. It will be impossible for a control deck to wipe the board once you untap with him.
Gosh, that my kind of card.
It's a US thing.
Choose one of these judge of creation:
Make Strionic Resonator shine!
You can not grasp the true form of Ashiok's attack!
I really want to cycle Coiling Oracle with this, or even Cathedral Sanctifier. Training Grounds or Tangleroot for better ratio.
Actually, it's even faster than instant speed, since no one can respond to the bounce.
Give Zaliki a CardI must have all the cats!

Make some really annoying stuff with Perplexing Chimera.

Won't they have used all of their bolts on every other spoiled card from the set already?
Dang.
