Warriors are crowded at the 3 spot right now between this, rabble, and Mardu strike leader. I feel like Warriors are missing the ability to go wide for Brutal Hordechief. Mardu Strike Leader is the only one that can make warrior tokens. Is he better than Rabble master though? Now you have this card at the 3 spot also.
Raise the alarm & hordeling outburst both make tokens, but not warrior tokens. If you're playing those two cards, wouldn't you just be better off in Jeskai with Monastery Mentor, ascendancy, etc? The only synergy between all the warriors are the two Chief creatures, scale / edge. It just feels like warriors are missing an enchantment or something else that could bring the warrior thing together. The Urd artifact could work if you had more tokens early to be able to cast it without wasting tempo. Mardu ascendancy feels like the only thing close, but then it also feel like jesk does what we're trying to do, just way better.
I'm thinking Static Abilities.dec, efficient creatures with lots of keywords, Cairn Wanderer and his new Delvey buddy, a few swords to fatten them up. Could be fun.
nahhh being triggered on attack makes it umprobably ( unless there is a free attack creature at power 2 ...) but maybe you could use that old ravnica aura that makes you sac the enchanted guy when damage is dealt and then enchant another guy .... And Priest of Gix EDIT: Breath of Fury
This buys back Mardu Heart-Piercer in Limited while triggering Raid. Yikes.
There's a lot to like about this card. Standard is full of good 2 power creatures. The amount of additional value this can create with even one attack is very impressive. Like a lot of good three drops in the format, it can be very punishing if your opponent is unable to deal with it quickly, more so if they spent removal on your two drop.
All in all the leader cycle is actually pretty good. Daghatar is likely the worst card for Standard given you can do better at 4 mana. The others all jam in different ways with other good cards. Competition is going to be fierce, but this card and a few of the others could see some degree of play.
There's so many interesting cards this can bring back.. Hornet Queen
That's dumb. My three-drop reanimates at seven-drop for two mana... I'm not sure if that'll ever happen, but DANG.
Unfortunately I think it'll be tough to rock this card out with Courser of Kruphix warping standard, but it can do some dumb things, as mentioned. There's definitely synergy in Mardu between Butcher of the Horde, Goblin Rabblemaster and this, but I'm not sure if it's better than Mardu's current options. Still, it's a really cool card that could make a difference in the next standard format (post-rotation).

Whenever ~ attacks, you may pay . If you do, return target creature card with power 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking.
I'd put her in an aggressive very low cost shell. Particularly including Pain Seer with not much more than 3cmc tops. Probably with Trumpet Blast or Rush of Battle in there. Dash should be pretty sweet against control decks and going wide should be fairly easy with Rabblemaster and that other token generator and Hordeling Outburst and the like.
Edit: The biggest factor will be getting it to curve properly with all the 3 drop slots being so crazily crowded.

Sekki is always a yes, crux is a yes as long as you have 2 or less devotion to green. (Primalcrux's characteristic defining ability still applies while not on the battlefield.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)

The big combo here is having a clear line of attack and Master of Cruelties in the yard. It's a more one-trick but more repeatable take on how Kaalia can do it.
I am confident you would need 2 copies of Basal Sliver, since the one you sacrifice would not be in the graveyard while you choose targets, but I may be wrong.
And yes, it combines amazingly well with a host of different cards. One you did not mention that is a personal favourite, Mulldrifter.
That said, she is one cool package. And guys in Speculation did great work in predicting her abilities.
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
Why does recruiter have to be so damned expensive. I hate P3K with a passion.

Also she may smile at death but Zurgo Smashes her helm kkkk
*Tilts head and gives inquisitive look* She's not mythic, though.

I don't know about the name, but wasn't know that mardu had a female khan before zurgo ( as it was know Temur had one as well ) ?

Sure you can; if it doesn't say without defender, it doesn't mean without defender.

Whip of Erebos is considerably easier.

Yep. It's the same way you can unmorph a Monastery Flock midcombat and still have it be attacking.
Shame she doesn't work with Goyf, though it appears she works with Knight of the Reliquary.
Also hilariously works with the Abzan Khan.

I wouldn't be shocked if Alesha saw a little standard play early on, but she would.
But she smiles at Death ......
Tan tan tan tan .....
Can she throw Primalcruxes at my opponent? Or how about Sekki, Seasons' Guide?
Also....
Does she bring out Avalanche Riders to kill a land, let them die during upkeep, and bring them back again next turn?
Can I sac Basal Sliver for the BB to bring it back into play?
Will Burnished Hart help fix my mana so that I can return it again later?
Does she have mad synergy with Crypt Champion? Squealing Devil?
Fulminator Mage maybe?
Kathari Bomber suddenly has a friend?
Will Necrotic Sliver clear the path?
.
