Sorry if this is something everybody knows, but what exactly are these Ugin's Fate packs? Are they part of the Sealed pool or are they part of a side event?
We won't really know about the strength level of the card until the meta settles, showing us a potential manifest deck or not. That being said... I really really hope that this is good. I'd love to have more options open to me for control.

I didn't really get it so far:
When someone manifest a card from his lib, did he look at it before putting it face-down on the battlefield?
If not: how does he know that it is a creature?
Manifest doesn't require that the card be a creature. That's the point. If past rulings are anything to go by, you can look at yours once they're on the battlefield.
But maybe you're upset about Commander or Modern or something else...
I wasn't really complaining. I don't even play that much, outside of prereleases. It was more of a variant on the common "blue is overpowered" joke. Thus "apparently", a funny word that has two opposite meanings in English.
Most interesting part of these spoilers is in the flavor text of the artifact on the bottom left of the first picture. Keywords: Eldrazi, Zendikar, and Sorin. MOAR STORY PLZ K THX!
Also this card (Reality Shift) destroys decks with Courser of Kruphix, "Oh damn looks like he's got whip/negate/Hornet Queen/some annoying non-creature on top. Also looks like after your draw step I'm going to Reality Shift your Sidisi, exiling it and have you manifest your whip/negate/Hornet Queen/some annoying non-creature."
Edit: Also manifest is going to be tricky tricky thinking with scry leading to some thoughtful plays "Should I scry it down or leave it and bait him into manifest...."
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
I don't know about you guys but for just a 4/4 is not really great if it has that prerequisite of casting other spells. Illusory Angel was 3 mana but has flying and Talara's Battalion at a higher rarity was an elf, had trample and was a 4/3 for two mana.
Sure, but colorless things don't get to be as good as colored things. At least, they shouldn't be.
Reality Shift is messed up to me because it does things to your battlefield and your top of the library for two mana. It seems a bit pushed, especially in what's supposed to be a removal light Standard.
Reality Shift will be awesome against Courser of Kruphix decks cause you actually will know what opponent will manifest. They have a land or Whip of Erebos or removal on top? Guess its polymorph time! And these are also decks that may have some juicy targets
Yup! Was thinking the samething. Oh u got a game ending card on as the next card? No sir!

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
Every new polimorph/pongify variant that appears someone says it's not blue's color pie. Reality Shift is boring, c'mon... Curse of Swine is much more exciting and it's poorly used. Pongify is 1CMC and not random and it's not used on blue decks to imitate Path to Exile.
Even modern top control (Lantern of Insight) don't need Reality Shift, Dispatch exists.
I'm disappointed of blue manifest cards.

Exile target creature, its controller manifests the top card of their library. If Reality Shift would be put into your graveyard, return it your hand instead as it resolves.
Totally nothing brokenat all about this in standard.

Heck if they have a Siege Rhino or Hornet Queen, Manifest it to deny them the ETB Trigger. (Not necessarily as useful a move against reanimator or Sidisi whip, but not a terrible play depending on the game situation and if you can afford to let them cast it once)
U/B control will like this and so will Jeskai burn, I don't know given the prevalence of courser this is a Mainboard or sideboard card, but it's going to see play.

I don't find 2 card, 6 mana, combos that are blanked to creature removal terribly threatening.
The term "broken" needs to have meaning. To do that we can't throw it around at every opportunity.
Of course you could just be sarcastic, in which case carry on.
Reality Shift is good. Master the Unseen is really good in Limited, giving you an endless supply of creatures for an acceptable cost (the opportunity cost with this and Morph is fantastic). The other commons are all acceptable Limited cards, though none of them seem really great. The fact they are spells that make creatures, for the most part, gives you some extra options with Delve (which is nice).
Limited fodder, for the most part, but decent Limited fodder. Exactly my kind of cards.

Emphasis "in standard". Now if it only costed U and two cards to do that trick then I would start to be worried for other formats but as it is, its a cute trick in other formats and a somewhat powerful trick in standard. Also dratdarn. My sarcasm didn't translate well.

THey're a prerelease thing.
Ugin's Fate packs were talked about at PAX Australia. Here's a link to the part of the panel that deals with Prerelease: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8V4nYRxG1G8&t=19m35s
Can you provide some context to your complaints? Standard, for instance, has more white cards in it than any other color. Conversely, blue is the least played color. There's not even a blue creature or removal spell in the lists of top played main deck cards.
But maybe you're upset about Commander or Modern or something else...

If it gets too much Abzan might have to add Invasive Species or Roaring Primadox to their sideboards
Fortunately, it costs 2 mana so it isn't completely broken.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
