Changing subjects: How much does the Portugese Alt Ugin costs? I met a guy in the store I play that has THREE of them in his folder and I need to know how hard should I hate him for it.
I've seen BINs for $175, so, about the same (a little less) than English.
Portuguese is typically the least-desired language, but with the general rarity of these promos I don't think there's really a discount for a less-popular language.
