Adding to that, there is a quote from Tasigur, the Golden Fang in the flavor text. Judging from the "Fang" and the fact that Dromoka has Daghatar quote on her, I think we have the name for the Sultai khan here.

so, i've been thinking about it at first and i was thinking that this guy is really bad but after thinking outside the box i was thinking about this guy has potential in Sulti whip, mainly why i say this is bc you land a doomwake it can easily get shot down by a elspeth where as this guy can't and he has hexproof plsu flying so he get in there vry nicely and his wither effect is much more consistent then doomwake giants so all around i think we see some splits of doomewkar giant and this guy, plus this guys is way more easier to cast then a doomwake giant is

Not only that, we have a bit more from the Uncharted Realm about Sidisi concerning this...khan.
"...Sidisi knew that her army was not yet close to being complete. She needed to raise an army the likes of which had not been seen since the time of Tasigur. An army of Sibsig that would cover the entire steppe and march tirelessly on the Mardu until their horses died of exhaustion..."
This guy/girl is only missing mutavault to be a epic UB staple :[
I think it's not probable but a control-like small dragon in his color (or colorless) would do great things !
I want to make a dragon deck with this guy but I don´t know how i should feel about that we havn´t seen any lesser dragons yet in a set where there a dragons...

Tasigur gonna make a lot of zombies.
guys i know, FRF plot twist. sultai is the heroes of the people 1000 years ago. because sultai can use the corpse killed by the dragon into an army of the undead killing dragons
Wizards print good rares, players complain about cash grab. They print underwhelming rares, players complain that the cards suck. They spoil the best cards first, players complain about the insane prices of preorders. They spoil the meh cards first, players complain that this is the worst set ever.
So. I think I understand now.
As far as these forums are concerned, WotC can never do anything good because:
Card that is new and probably good = "pushed"
Card that is new and probably bad = "EDH/casual fodder"
Card that is a reprint = "lazy"
Card that is a better version of an older card = "power creep"
Card that is a weaker version of an older card = "worthless"
I have a test commander deck using Silumgar. It's actually quite fun pulling off some combos with him, such as Polymorphist's Jest into an attack. A lot of the deck is full of blue and black Changelings, but there's a lot of cards that are designed to take control of enemy creatures which helps against Eldrazi decks and the like. He is fun to play if you can utilize him properly.
I'm testing him + Crux of Fate in a UB build against my green deck. It's unfair murder.
Even with a Simic deck sporting 3x Monastery Siege and 2x Negate, UB control featuring those two cards is unbeatable for the deck. Just when you feel like you've gained some space with Siege, Fate hits and wipes out your gains. Then the counterspells show up.
Best name I've heard in a while. I love the snake-dragon design it has too. Very fitting name for it.
