So thats why Ugin is important to tarkir since all the other legendary Brood dragons are females and Ugin is a male so yeah....
The dragons of Tarkir are mana constructs like angels and demons typically are. They aren't't born from a womb, they're spawned within a great tempest. Just sayin'.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Is it bad that Marang River Prowler is my favorite card in the set so far?
I'm a little surprised not many are talking about it.
It's an unblockable 2/1 for 2U, which is already playable in Limited, but comes back too?!
Shoot, I'm going to try it in Constructed too.
All five Uncommons are solid. While none of them appear to be first-pick materiel, each will likely be playable in a deck with its colours. I've also become quite the fan of Limited Information spoiling a cycle of Uncommons each week. Gives a great view of what Limited might look like, and strong utility Uncommons are the backbone of any Limited format.
Frontier Siege is pretty interesting. The first ability is stronger in a vacuum, since it requires little set up besides you having a way to spend the mana. The second ability is downright scary with Hornet Queen or Hornet Nest. Stiiiiiiiiiiinger!
In what world is a 3/2 first striker for 2(in BLACK no less) not a first pickable card? Especially given the warrior synergies available in the next two KTK packs?
Frontier Siege is going right into Siguarda EDH. turn 4 cast Frontier Siege, make a Concordant Crossroads. Turn 5 Sig,Play jitte, attack, then eqip jitte second main. Yum.

It's not quite as good as a 3/2 first strike for 2, because often you will go turn 1 nothing, turn 2 this, turn 3 morph, and then not turn on its ability until turn 5.
If you have a Mardu Hateblade or a Mardu Hordechief though, man that start is going to be strong. Be wary of your opponent instant-speed removing your only white/red guy during combat, that can lead to some 2-for-1 blowouts.
I'm pretty sure that Frontier Siege will almost always read "Play Hornet Queen, destroy 5 target creatures." Maybe it'll ramp once in awhile, but I think the decks that need ramp have figured out how to ramp the way they need to.
On the uncomon cycle the red and the green one are the most conditional , the blue one is a combo pierce , the white and black are agro material
The frontier siege is good on the khan side
Frontier Seige is pretty good providing only two mana a turn (Ranger's Path with rebate) but absolutely disgusting if you can reliably make good use of all four. In standard this means that it doesn't like instants, but does like whip, delve cards, and card draw. That makes it more off a Sultai card than a Temur one at the moment. The most exiting home though is with Eidolon of Blossoms.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
Brawler is solid (it is nice to see more black creatures without inherent drawbacks) and Prowler is great design.
Prowler is probably more at home in Modern or Legacy but could see Standard play. Recurring threats are high value, especially when they don't need any extra help to keep coming back.
I'm still hoping to see some solid Dash cards soon.

So, they are born from some sort of... dragonstorm?
If I can afford more hornets I will use frontier siege in its dragon mode, but riht now I can make better use of khans.

First come the goblins. Hordes of them. But soon the ramp produced by xenagos attracts monstrous token-producing hydras. Towering over the battlefield, these 12-headed killing machines are protected 2 archetypes of endurance as they crash any resistence left

I forget how things like this work, but if you have Archetype of Imagination and play an Ember Swallower (for example), does it fight upon EtB or not? What if you play a Stormbreath Dragon while your opponent has the Archetype?
There may be some odd deck that actually prefers the mana ramping, but I don't think it compares to what Hornet Nest and Hornet Queen can now do.
"Reveal a Dragon"
Really, though, the Khan effect is very nice as a persistent mana ramp that gives Devotion and doesn't die to sweepers.

Interested in Custom Card Creation.

With what else though? By itself that combo really doesn't accomplish any thing.
