I somehow find it tragic when an attacking Traveling Philosopher gets blocked by another Traveling Philosopher, which normally results in two dead philosophers. Shouldn't they just sit aside and start discussing?
"This is really exciting, so much to find out about, so much to look forward to, I'm quite dizzy with anticipation . . . Or is it the wind? There really is a lot of that now, isn't there? And wow! Hey! What's this thing suddenly coming toward me very fast? Very, very fast. So big and flat and round, it needs a big wide-sounding name like . . . ow . . . ound . . . round . . . ground! That's it! That's a good name- ground! I wonder if it will be friends with me? Hello Ground!"
Curiously enough, the only thing that went through the mind of the Sprouting Phytohydra as it fell was Oh no, not again.
I really like the hungering yeti. Not too long ago I brewed (but haven't built) a deck that was essentially 8 mana dorks, 4 Temur Ascendancy and then a critical mass of 4 power creatures so that ideally I can justs chain together creatures every turn. Another 4 power flash creature is not bad for the deck. These spoilers keep giving me cards that might make the deck possible. I may have to actually try it.
EDIT: Oh and the art on WAndering Champion is sweet. Plus I just noticed it's another 3 power 2 cost white creature. I love those guys.
Is it me or is Wandering Champion a shoutout to Zhang Ziyi (the fighter in the art looks like her) and her character from Crouching Tiger (her character started to Wander around after getting the kungfu world abuzz)?
My Wuxia senses be tingling.

About time green got the crap of a cycle with the Kin-guard who is awful. And then I see the green siege and nevermind my previous statement! Why does the black one cost 5? So stupid.
Seems to me red and green got the short end of the stick. The white and black ones can have more power than their cost... And the blue one... unblockable *and* castable from the GY? How is a 3/3 with lifelink for four mana equivalent to *that*? A 4/4 with flash for 5 mana is nothing amazing in KtK limited... keeping 5 mana open is a strong signal for a trick in any game. Bah.
Blue gets the best one of the cycle. Oh, when did we ever see that before?
PS: That siege! With a mana dork and hitting your lands, that's 7 mana on turn 4. (Plus an extra 2 mana in the other main phase... so you can split it 4 mana + 5 mana). And it survives wraths / removal. Potentially constructed playable if there is a ramp deck.
PPS: And with kruphix keeping mana in your pool... that's a lot of mana very fast. Siege/Kruphix/Fireball FTW?
Battle Brawler easily has a home in Mardu or even Orzhov warriors, which I guess could become a real deck. Love the Marang River Prowler. Giving blue a Gravecrawler effect is odd but it works with Sultai - hopefully there'll be some sacrifice effects that really make it useful.
Frontier Siege looks promising but I wonder how many flying creatures Wizards is willing to give green decks (whether mono, two-colored, or three-colored)to make Dragons a playable choice?
In draft, I'd definitely give the win to the black one. 3/2 first strike is *Extremely* relevant, and it's a warrior, so it has great synergy with all of the B/W warrior pump that exists in KTK.
Frontier Siege is amazing, at first flush. Two green devotion, in addition to double green mana on the main phase. It'll be great after rotation. Right now, it has to still compete with Courser of Kruphix, and Polukranos in the same spot, on the curve, unless your only game plan is to cast Ugin. It does allow you to cast Terra Stomper, Soul of Zendikar, or Sagu Mauler the following turn though (turn 4, ideally) Though, I feel like there are just better ways to get to 6 mana, unfortunately. This card might be yet another card that just simply goes straight to Commander. The problem with it in standard is, you're not getting a creature on the battlefield, and you're not advancing your board presence until the turn after you play it. I'd say... only play this in Standard, if you're going for Garruk, Ugin, or Villainous Wealth, and even then, you'll still have a very fragile deck.

The limited cycle is cool, the U one is a high pick in draft and the B one can see constructed play in a Orzhov or Mardu agro shell
You get a 2 mana rebate when you cast it (most of the time) and it is oh dear god so much ramp.

Turn 2, Sylvan Carytid
Turn 3, Frontier Siege, 2nd main another Sylvan Carytid
Turn 4, Ugin.
Seems good.

You bet! The brawler is going straight into my Mardu Warriors deck. A 4/2 with first strike when coupled with Chief of the Edge? Yes please!
Course, just need to consider what to cut.
