Cute card. Awesome in draft, probably mediocre anywhere else...tho...perhaps as a finisher in some control shell? Iunno...

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Note that the wording allows you to target anything. So you can attack, target a creature with too high power, cast some combat-only trick in response and increase power of Sage-Eye Avengers with prowess before the ability resolves.
Weird. I thought that type of mechanic would be a Temur thing ala Yasova has similar wording. Seems good in limited but i think it be better if it could get rid of fat stuff more consistently for 6 mana.

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
I think they said when a non-creature card is revealed/turned face-up it is exiled, and you would have to reveal it before you put it in your hand. So you would not be able to get the instant/sorcery back.

If an instant or sorcery would be turned face up it is exiled instead. "Turn face up" has a specific rules meaning; you reveal face down cards when they move to a different zone, but you don't turn them face up.
If you bounce a manifested instant or sorcery, it will return to your hand.
Just rechecked the Mechanics page and it looks like if something tries to turn it face up it, you reveal it and then turn it face down again.
"A few older cards turn a face-down creature face up. If you manifest an instant or sorcery card, and one of these older cards tries to turn it face up, reveal the card and it stays on the battlefield face down."
It will be nice once the FAQ comes out for Manifest. I am more worried about this opening the door for more morph/manifest cheatyfacing.
meh, at first I liked the look of the khan djinni, but after seeing one, you've pretty much seen them all: one hulking brute and a slim female. Besides being clones, they're all so damn bland with boring as **** effects.
Generic, first pick flying bomb in draft obviously.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.

That's correct, though I thought there was something about exile.
Either way, the point was that bouncing a Manifested instant or sorcery will return it to its owner's hand, which is true.
EDIT: Ah, it seems the article has already been edited. The first version that went up did say instants and sorceries turned face up would be exiled. It probably did exile at some point but was changed, and someone forgot to update the article.

Matt just answered in the affirmative on his Tumblr. The bounced card would go back to your hand. Now where did I put those Peel from Realities...
Obvious limited card is for limited, this might be one of the strongest blue rares in limited in quite a while. All of a sudden they have a very hard time trying to profitably block this guy since he will bounce back most creatures that you have of decent size.
Nice. Looks like it could be an intro deck rare, but is a terrific limited bomb.

nice card for limited, but not interesting enough to make me want to use it anywhere.
