Any idea what the last mythic and the last 5 rares will be? It's odd how red and black appear to be down a mythic right now, I guess one of them isn't getting one.
I know mardu still needs their khan, and I'm pretty sure we're supposed to get a red dragon at rare, so that accounts for 2 of the rares.

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring
It looks like the Temur Dragon's name is Artaka (a little too on the nose for a Dragon that lives in the North maybe?)
It puts a surprising number of A cards in Black but it looks like Alesha, Who smiles at Death could be the name of Mardu's Khan. (so far all the female Khan's are male in the past and the Male Khan is female, in Temur so I'm guessing the same is true for Mardu.
Why couldn't Mindscour Dragon list the name of the UW dragon?
I think that it is purely intentional. I have a theory that there is something special about the whole Jeskai color combination in relation to Ugin. The "Jeskai" dragons have feathered wings. Just like Ugin himself. The Jeskai use eye as their symbol - and an eye has rather special relations to Ugin symbolism. And if Ugin is a walker who essentially transcended his own colors (as it has been said by Wizards themselves)...if his nontranscended colors were URW (and his sage nature demonstrated in "The Lithomancer" Uncharted Realms story would fit that), it would make him the counterpart of Bolas - what they are making him after all.

With the uncommon cycle and Lightning Shrieker, and assuming both Atarka and the UW dragon will have creature cards, the as-fan for Dragons in FRF is about 0.52 right now. Half a dragon per pack. Woo. Hopefully DTK has a bit more Dragon presence at common (still holding out hope for a Dragon Hatchling reprint).
(The UW dragon would fall between Kolaghan and Silumgar, which doesn't allow for a name like "Ugin's Surrogate" or anything. That card space would, however, allow for a Nicol Bolas card, in case anyone wants to *conspiracy noises* about that.)

I'd love to know why we haven't seen a single artifact. We know from the article there's just the ten hybrids. It probably doesn't mean anything, given none of them are Rare but who knows.
Now that we have all the green and black rares and most of blue it definitely seems like the modal non creature cycle is going to be across rarities and not just rare. It seems like Crux of Fate at rare was actually part of each colors non watermarked rare cycle. U has Supplant Form B has Crux of Fate G has Wildcall and R has Arcbond.
It doesn't seem unlikely that there is a cycle of five C/U mana rocks of some sort that will be spoiled at the same time... it seems a bit weird, considering that the set contains taplands, but I guess this block requires a truckload of mana fixing in limited.

Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
Mastery of the Unseen 17 to 19 Rare
Reality Shift 44 to 49 Uncommon
Write into Being 57 to 59 Common
Sultai Emissary 85 or 86 Common
Fierce Invocation 92 to 98 Common (looks like 98 to me, FWIW)
Arashin War Beast 121 to 129 Uncommon (looks like 121 to me, FWIW)
Formless Nurturing 122 to 129 Common (looks like 123 to me, FWIW. 122 since it follows Arashin War Beast)
Those were pretty clear to me, but I can't tell what hers are, write into being looks like 59, but idk.

It seems like Crux of Fate at rare was actually part of each colors non watermarked rare cycle. U has Supplant Form B has Crux of Fate G has Wildcall and R has Arcbond.
I personnally rather think that it belongs to a 'designed for edh & multiplayer' spell cycle, with Shamanic Revelation instead of Wildcall.
All these (Shamanic Revelation, Crux of Fate, Arcbond,Supplant Form) are cards that could have been printed in a commander supplemental product also, and they play very well in multiplayer 2HG games. I believe Nagle mentionned Crux of Fate being part of a cycle and in makes no sense to me to call it a cycle with Wildcall.
It is more coherent to have Wildcall cycled with Jeskai Infiltrator for the manifest mechanics (even if black has no manifest rare).
Crux of Fate would be part of the modal non creature spell cycle which would go across different rarities (Valorous Stance is UC Crux of Fate is R). That modal non creature spell cycle would be one of the 3 modal spell cycles mentioned. The other 2 cycles would be the rare siege cycle and the modal etb creatures.
By non watermarked I simple meant each color will have 1 rare that has no watermark. So far all but White have a rare without a clan watermark. Calling it a cycle may have been inaccurate since they don't really have anything in common other than lacking a watermark.
***White also has a rare without a watermark now too.
I'm wondering if by cycle they actually meant a rare spell cycle and what's on it was irrelevant much like there was a cycle of wedge spells at rare much like in KTK like Dune Blast Crackling Doom, Trap Essence etc. It's possible we've just over thought it.
I'm going to try and add the new cards once i get this mornings update on the mothership see if there's more clues as to where things fit. Of course I say that and the Mothership is late.
Okay I think I added everything properly. Card numbers where I and the spoiler listings agree are marked as confirmed (with an asterisk just in case) Cards where we don't know (or in the case of Sultai Emissary I disagree) are italicized.
There are three cards in the Clash pack that we don't have a spoiler for Sultai Skullhunter, Neutralizing Blast and Merciless Executioner. The colour options are Sultai colours Merciless Executioner HAS to be green because of the number crunch. Neutralizing Blast sounds very blue to me, it might be a black discard spell, but not likely in my opinion. Sultai Skullhunter is either Black or blue, the enemy colours of a clan have yet to receive a card with the clan name this set. (ETA oops didn't look closely at Defector i bet it's a cycle though) Skullhunter sounds more black then blue and 85 and 86 can look so much alike I'm not convinced that Sultai Emissary is 86.
If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring
So there are 4 rares left one we know for sure is the Mardu Khan I think looking at the numbers I feel pretty safe in assuming White is the colour short a rare this set.
Now I'm starting to feel like Crux of Fate is not a cycle of Modal spells but rather just a cycle of rare spells, Much like you could call Crackling Doom, Trap Essence, Villainous Wealth, Duneblast, Flying Crane Technique a cycle.
So assuming that's now true I guess the Cycle would be
Crux of Fate, Supplant Form, Arcbond and Wildcall with the white one yet to be revealed? (Mastery of the unseen is an enchantment I think it's has to be an instant or a sorcery to count)
If I had to guess I'm gonna say blue has another Manifest card mostly because I expected Blue to be a little higher in Manifest then what we've seen and Jeskai Infiltrator is a horrible Manifest card compared to what we've seen in other colours.
I think Red's also a manifest, and Black will have the last Mythic and it will be a Manifest.
Your numbers are off for Mardu Shadowspear and Mardu Strike Leader. They are 74 and 75 respectively. So Merciless Executioner still fits in black.
Oops. You're right I moved Merciless into black (ETA there might be a green card in Sultai, but i'm guessing it's going to be part of a cycle with Defector, but still Merciless Executioner sounds like a black card) and I moved Sultai Skullkeeper into blue I copied it into the Crunch right but in my head i thought it was Hunter Skullkeeper seems much more like a blue card than skullhunter.
"Wildcall" is currently listed as "Wild Call". Also, "Sustenance" is misspelled in "Harsh Sustenance". We also now know there's an artifact whose name ends in "e Retainers".
We have confirmed in Rare
4 white
5 blue
6 black
5 red
6 green
5 gold
1 land
Mythic
1 colourless
2 white
2 Blue
1 black
2 green
1 red
My current assumption is we have 1 more Red, Blue and White rare, Mythic is either red or black, (it's highly unlikely but until we see card 159 there is a small possibility of a R/B mythic)
Sorry I was trying to figure out if Alesha really could be the name of the Mardu Khan I originally had 90 in black I'll fix
I know mardu still needs their khan, and I'm pretty sure we're supposed to get a red dragon at rare, so that accounts for 2 of the rares.
