Every Temur Khan ascendant takes on the mantle "Dragonclaw". They're sometimes known as the First Father or Mother of the clan.
Taken from WotC:
The Dragonclaw: This is the official mantle of clan leadership, a title conferred through feats of battle, but which sometimes must be earned or defended in ritual challenge—usually a wrestling bout. The title can be held by anyone who can take it, regardless of age or gender.
First Father or First Mother: The highest-ranking member of the clan is considered the parent of all members. Sometimes, but not always, this role is also filled by the Dragonclaw, as in the case of the current leader, Surrak. The First Father or Mother has no spouse, but travels with other families and shares their encampments.
My eyes might be deceiving me, but am I the only one who sees dragon lips on the Ugin's Fate booster?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
That would be sweet if there was an alternate art for every fetch depicting the land with living dragons, instead of bones.

That is presuming they are indeed printing alternate art fetches which is very unlikely.
I'm not really sure why you think it's unlikely-
Given we know the alt-arts are about adding dragons back into the world,
why would they *not* print the five cards that most showed their absence
(and coincidentally, are the most valuable cards in the set and very attractive as potential promos)?
I'm definitely not sure there will be foils, but I'd bet real money on the ONS/KTK fetches being in Ugin's Fate.

I know the arts and flavor text of fetchlands refer to dragons' absence, but to me flavorwise fetchlands are the result of dragons' death: it is the putrescence of dragons corpses that made the delta become 'polluted' for example. I expect the Zendikar fetches to replace them in the dragons of Tarkir 'alternate reality' as vestiges of Khans. It seems more logical.
What about dead dragons makes a heath windswept or a foothills wooded or a strand flooded or mire bloodstained?
I don't see Khans being replaced by dragons. Cards like Utter End, Deflecting Palm and the Ascendencies don't make sense to change. Why does a dragon need to deflect with its palm? Utter End already has a promo art.

Did you just how a dead dragon stains the land with blood? Well you seem spears and swords tend to leave wounds through which the blood can flow.
Can someone please explain, how these "Ugin's Fate" boosters are implemented?? I don't get it.
They're prizes for completing the prerelease activity, kind of like the Hero's Path cards. You get two apparently random alt-art cards, a basic land, and a token.
So in fact, every player at a pre-release gets a booster with 1 land, 1 token and 2 random cards with alt-art out of a pool of 40 KTK/FRF-cards?
This booster is a "price" after the pre-release and cannot be played with?
Yerp. I'm curious what the promo in the actual pre-release pack will be.

A foil rare with the date stamp randomly selected based on your clan, presumably. They wouldn't have had a chance to alter things based on feedback from Khans.
FRF is stated to have 185 cards total, 20 more than the usual small set (compare with Born of the Gods or Journey into Nyx). We don't yet know where the extra 20 comes from unless an official source has stated it somewhere.

I don't have a link but I'm pretty sure it's been officially stated they are extra uncommons.

I wonder if there are any cards from this set hidden in the khans packs, it tends to happen from time to time.

I guess there will be some spoilers in late december, but official previews start in January (only two weeks for a small set)
I'm guessing we'll get a Christmas spoiler like Kiora last year.
Well. Prerelease at 17th jan, full spolier on the 10th, two weeks of previews before then means that previews start on dec 29th.

I'm attaching a link to a Blogatog question where Maro confirms they're adding 20 Uncommons.
http://markrosewater.tumblr.com/post/76248453217/do-you-find-it-harder-to-design-large-fall-sets-under
To be honest, he's talking about large sets ....
This is correct. The 20 Uncommons addition will only apply to large sets. This change happened with the M15 release.
