Creeping (Creeping Vine?)3GG
Creature-Plant Elemental
Trample
1G:Target creature you control has base power and toughness 5/5 until end of turn and gains trample until end of turn.
5/5
Thank you! Do you by any chance have any better translation of the name? I've added it to the spoiler as "Creeping Large Vines" for now (which is roughly what I got by applying Google Translate).
Creeping Kudzu or maybe Creeping Ivy seem like reasonably likely names. Hmmm okay it probably isn't Kudzu because that's an actual Japanese plant and it has its own Kanji it looks like. Creeping Ivy then? It does bear some resemblance to Ivy Elemental in terms of art.

Maybe Creeping Greatvine or something like that. It sounds a little less dumb.
I don't know about just calling it Creeping Ivy/Creeping Vine(s) due to the 大 being in there instead of just 蔦 like all the other Vines cards.
I fear I won't have much time to play Magic these days.
I get to watch worlds develop around me.
I get to watch great leaders, terrible oppressors, and trend setters rise and fall.
Limited, Standard, Modern, everything is a different playing field I feel I can observe, but will not actually touch.
I look forward to the stories I will hear.
And more so to the ones I will watch unfold first hand.
Isn't the unknown exciting?
Curious, how would this work with Wild Pair if you activate it in response to the Wild Pair trigger?
Wild Pair always checks the current power and toughness when the ability resolves. So if you target the creature with this, Wild Pair lets you find anything with P+T=10, if there are no other modifications.
I do love me some basically a better Gigantomancer, but goddamn does this ever illustrate how baby's first homebrew the "base" P/T thing is. I'm guessing it originally also "Had indestructible," but they got too many pre-emptive nasty letters.
Soo...looking good in Xenagos, the God of doubling.
That's just one. This is really obvious for token decks. Alternatively, it can be used in infect or some Voltron decks like Rafiq, where the general's base P/T < 5/5.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

Really? That's funny because I was going to swap out Nylea for this card lol. The problem with Nylea is she is hard to get active sometimes and her ability costs way too much. Vines is a 5/5 for 5 with trample, which is solid. Then, it turns my early Wood Elves and Elvish Visionary into huge 5/5s. 10 power for 4 mana is huge. With Nylea, that gets you only +2/+2. Plus, turning all my Hornet Queen tokens into 5/5 Flying, Deattough, Trample insects is scary....
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
I always like powerful plants, but not really tickling me. Cool card, will probably wind up playing against it

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.

but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.

Seriously though, love the card. Useless mana dork late game? Yay, useful!

BEEP BEEP!
I suppose it's an okay car. Good activation cost at least.
Creeping Bramble is its own hype train.

On phasing:
Dunes of Zairo
SHANDALAR
Innistrad - The Darkest Night
~THE RAVNICAN CONSORTIUM~
A Community Set
Commander: Allies & Adversaries
This seems best in token swarm decks, but Mirror Entity is a better choice there
Reprint Stasis!
Control needs more love.
