My biggest problem with this is that Tower of Fortunes exists, is cheaper to play, draws more cards, and will be cheaper to activate when you have some cards in hand already (meaning definitely if you're activating consistently).
I think people who use Tower of Fortunes will be happy to have a second copy that's easier to use when you're behind.
So French dudes named Pierre are literally named "stone"?
There's actually a French comedy called RRRrrrr!!! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RRRrrrr!!!) which is set in Stone Age and one of the running gags is that EVERYONE in the tribe is called Pierre.
Card is totally bonkers. Metalworker this out on Turn 1, vomit your hand and reload. This does exactly what you want something to do in a Metalworker deck. If your hand is full, Worker lets you barf it out. If your hand is empty, this lets you reload on the cheap. I expect Worker to see a major bump in price directly related to this card.
P.S. Drawing three cards for 3-4 mana each turn is broken as hell. If this sticks on the board in a MUD deck, you lose.

I have to agree with this guy--I tried it out on Cockatrice in Legacy (I hacked a blank with the card's name on it into my deck--just copy and paste your old deck and replace a card name) and these are the results I got:
I tried "Loreseekers' Stone" in 12-Post MUD against Merfolk on Cockatrice (against myself) and it was completely dirty. I usually tapped it for 3-5 mana, and it kept drawing me gas after gas. It's worth being the first rock cheated out by Forgemaster. It's especially dirty with Metalworker--tap Stone for 5 mana, draw 3 artifacts, and net 6 mana and more dudes! I want a second.
Wait..
So French dudes named Pierre are literally named "stone"?
It'd be like if The Rock was a common English name.
In fact it is, though the actual name is Peter Though both the name and the word for stone in french still go back to the latin/greek roots, whereas both english and german kept the latin/greek name but the germanic word for stone
Indeed, St. Peter's original name was Simon, but he and Jesus already had a pal named Simon, so Jesus just nicknamed his BFF "The Rock".
On the card: Wow, how... Dull. I don't even think I'd run this in Karn.

Also... Pierre means stone? I never would have guessed that.
