I don't know much about the Vintage metagame, but at first glance this card seems insane in the format known for broken artifacts. Is there anyone else out there thinking along the same lines?
I guess now the question is, when are we going to get Living Death effects for enchantments or for lands!
And one for planeswalker !
And ofcourse we need the super extreme, do it for every permanent type as a 5 color card ! (kinda swap all stuff in play with all stuff in the graveyard)

Ha!
I was literally JUST about to post how the existence of two of these cards
means they are now "obligated" to make a full cycle:
Black- Creatures
Red- Artifacts
Green- Lands (though this one might be too powerful and have to cost an assload)
White- Enchantments
Blue- Planeswalkers
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae
Bruna, Light of Alabaster
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
Sen Triplets

Actually, Blue would probably get a Reminisce-like effect that reads "Each player exiles his or her graveyard, then puts that many cards from the top of his or her library into his or her graveyard, then puts all cards exiled this way on the top of his or her library in any order." Blue doesn't do direct Planeswalker recursion. So far, Green's the only color that really can thanks to Reclaim-style effects.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

They've never made a card that specifically recurs or reanimates Planeswalkers,
so they can put it in whatever color they want.
That said, Blue occasionally does Enchantment support,
so you could swap the Blue and White versions I proposed,
but Planeswalker support has so far been mostly White or Blue.

What Planeswalker support has been in blue aside from Proliferate, which is non-specific? White certainly has gotten some degree of PW support as Ajani Steadfast indicates, but I think they would sooner print Living End for Enchantments. What would LE for PWs be flavorwise anyway? It can't be bringing PWs back from the dead as they would lose their sparks upon dying and thus no longer be PWs, though cards like Dreadbore and Hero's Downfall do confuse matters. At any rate, blue isn't going to force players to sacrifice things en masse anytime soon. It gets targeted sacrifice like Dismiss into Dream and Crystalline Nautilus, but I just don't see it getting a straight-up Living End-style effect.

PLEASE. PLEASE DO IT WIZARDS. The green version for lands would fit perfectly in the Green precon!
