This could be amazing in melira pod since the first mode is relevant, the second mode is almost always live, and the third mode gets rid of persist counters. I'll probably drop slaughter pacts for these
man. I love the art on these. I think I like the Alara arts better, but I like that these ones all feel connected (maybe too similar?) but with subtle differences.
EDIT: O, powerwise, these charms are all spanktactular. I think people should be very happy indeed

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
To everyone poo-pooing the +1/+1 effect.
Azban likes +1/+1 counters. They have cards that check to see if they have them. Azban ascendancy gives them out.
Instantly activating Outlasting things could be reason to play this card (you know on top of all the other great reasons to play this card, seriously its insane.)
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Awww why couldn't it have a better version of cloud shift. There are creatures in this set I'd like to bounce. Still pretty good but who would really use the green ability? I mean common bonds wasn't used very much in constructed.
The green ability is the weakest probably, but it is in the colors with most of the best heroic creatures, and Common Bond costs 3 mana. There are times when you would have been happy to play Common Bond (it can be an excellent combat trick even without heroic), they just weren't common enough to warrant playing it. With Charm, you a very relevant removal spell that hits almost everything you really care about hitting (except stormbreath), which also doubles as quite a good draw spell. You are playing it for those two modes, the bond mode will only really be used when it makes a big difference in combat math (or to work with any outlast/heroic +1/+1 counter synergies, though we haven't really seen any worth using yet).
If this only had the first ability: Exile a creature with power 3 or greater, I think it would still be worth the mana cost. Tack on instant draw in these colors and perma-buffs and this card is fantastic.
-Better removal than Selesnya charm
-Worse draw than Esper charm, but arguably better than Sultai
-Better +counter buff than Jund Charm.
I think "arguably better" is an understatement. Not strictly better, since the life loss will sometimes be worse than the discard, but most of the time people would be willing to pay that.

Better than taking 6 to the face from a swing first. I'd probably Charm the Scuttler right after he tapped out to cast him
