This is a house of a charm for any midrange or control deck. Instant EOT card advantage at 3 CMC is a hell of a thing to begin with, but gluing a relevant killspell to it?
So sweet. Would have liked a Cloud Shift effect on there, but draw 2 at instant speed is not something I can really look down on at this point and additional removal is always welcome. I do believe my W/B constellation deck will become an Abzan constellation deck soon enough.
The +1/+1 counter ability is kind of weird, I'd always rather use the card draw ability instead of that.
It's not particularly weird since GW gets lots of effects like that. The removal and the draw are definitely the more useful options, but combat tricks can be really nifty. Like others have said,, common bond wasn't played because it was too situational and there are too many times when it would be dead in your hand or just be win-more. Tacked on to a spell that's the same cmc and will never be dead in your hand, it's actually pretty great.
This charm is miles above the other one Temur/Jeskai/Mardu ones imo (perhaps side by side with Sultai).
The reprisal-like effect in the current power-creep standard hits a lot of things.
If I ever play this in Modern Melira Pod, I'll probably save Persist dudes with the +1/+1 counter mode sometime. It may also save a creature from red removal.
It's from mythicspoiler, but I have no idea where they're getting all these cards.
Their Surrak spoiler was dead on, so it makes me believe that they are getting their spoilers from an unauthorized source. This one seems completely legit, though, compared to the other charms.
I wonder if this charm (along with Utter End) will have any deciding power in some decks playing Stormbreath Dragon over Sarkhan? Pro-white is super relevant, it seems.
Yeah, after they predicted Surrak, they probably have a leak. I suspect some of the originals aren't in English, though, because Villainous Wealth's collector number totally doesn't match otherwise. (The Jeskai Ascendancy scan they had was originally in English, I think.)
What's with all the complaints about the Common Bond mode? Doesn't anyone play limited? Anyway, this charm looks awesome and shows potential to be a multi-format all-star.
Very solid, like every other charm. I would have prefered some kind of protection/regenerate mode, but I guess +1/+1 counters fit better with Abzan theme. I really like the two other modes, leaving mana open for removal and then playing Night's Whisper at the EOT seems good.

It probably comes from everyone who actually played Jund Charm. I probably use its non-+1/+1 counter modes 95% of the time.
Very good charm... all are very playable and should play a major role in the upcoming metagame. If I had to rank them right now:
Sultai Charm (Instant speed answer to the biggest threats in the format and super-cycling? Sign me up.) Abzan Charm (Similar benefits as Sultai Charm, but with a narrower range of targets and a +1/+1 counter mode that's tougher to justify in constructed) Mardu Charm (Most versatile, but with arguably the lowest raw power level for each mode) Temur Charm (Has a very specific deck it wants to support, but does that job very well) Jeskai Charm (Solid modes all around, but it's difficult to imagine a deck that really makes use of all 3)
I'm sorry but the power level of this charm is much higher and that makes me think it's fake, along with the questionable source and image. all these abilities should cost at least three mana, that's very unusual for a charm. I'll be happy if it's real, but I'm not sure it is.
Modern
Mono-U Tron
Zombie Loam
Infect
Legacy
Delver
TES
Like the other two modes as well, but the first is evil.
It's a pity that the counter distribution mode can't target Soldier of the Pantheon, but that doesn't diminish the awesomeness of this card.
Abzan Aggro here I come.
Because this is Abzan Charm, and the Abzan don't want to lose all the counters they gain.

It's strong enough, but I don't think it's Modern efficient. Jund Charm still does more work than any Shard/Wedge charm in Modern.
Sultai Charm might change things though, with Tiago. I think it's the overall best wedge charm still. BECAUSE TIAGO.

I think it screams TEMPO, but yeah, currently we don't have that deck in standard.
I see what you did there.
