Seems about right. Draw three on a sorcery costs 2UU which is probably 4U if you take away that double U cost. That means this needs 3 delved to be about even, and anything more than that is gravy.

Am I the only one who's really impressed with this? You get Ancestral Recall at the cost of 7 cards in your graveyard. You even get the option to pay mana if you don't have cards. It seems really good to me, definitely constructed playable.

I don't care if you're a moderator but you sir have said a very, very stupid thing.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
If it was an instant Id say I'd play it in standard and modern. However As a sorcery tapping out for that much, even with delve, isnt too hot. I mean, granted you can reduce the cost, but if you are playing other delve spells or even just playing snap caster you wont always want to or be able to reduce its cost to a competitive number. If its your only delve spell, it might be useful I think. Theoretically, "U sorcery Draw 3" is very powerful.
I can just see Magical Christmasland where you delve 7 for sorcery-speed Ancestral Recall.
Definitely a shoe-in for Ramirez Pirate EDH.

This card is really difficult to evaluate but I feel like a lot of blue based tempo or control decks will want to test this where they can just get value out of the spells they are already playing to begin with and fetchlands filling up the yard for those greedy multicolor control decks. Too expensive for any sort of dedicated reanimator/self mill deck though.

It seems odd to me that the person who has been spoiling magic cards today also owns the worst scanner in the world.
People should probably stop reacting to them until legit pictures turn up.

I think it's considerably better than that given that you can exile any number you choose rather than being forced to have 7 cards in the yard.
Surely in a lot of decks this is literally just Ancestral Recall
Not quite that good, but good. Maybe Ancestral Visions power level. The issue is that the delve cost is fairly high, so I'm not sure you can run four of it in a deck (getting two of this could be brutal). But there are certainly ways to break this.
Man, delve is an interesting mechanic. It's even worse than affinity in terms of "here's this card which looks outrageously over costed, but is actually pretty good."

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
I like it, I don't know if it can be included in my Patriot Midrange, due to hurting my snappy's, but I will probably play around with it to test it out and see if the wonderful gain outweighs the loss of some nice flashbacks. I'm pretty sure that it would be nice late game when I have some creatures and planeswalkers in the graveyard, then it would let me refuel my hand.

people are really bad at judging delve cards... this card is unplayable outside of standard maybe. its so bad in multiples. comparing it to visions or recall is laughable. especially with snapcaster existing in other formats
Graveyards can fill fast in larger formats, and this could be a decent way of shrinking an opposing Tarmagoyf while drawing fuel. It will be looked into in every format, and it potentially can find a home.

This is a pretty nice card in a blue using midrange/control deck, you wouldn't want a full set but 1-2 would give you some great card draw (4 cards to make it 4cc for Concentrate level is the break even point, anything cheaper than that is pure gravy).
This seems like an excellent draw spell for U/x control decks. I imagine it's not something you want to see multiples of in your opening hand, but by turn 4-5, you're gonna want some gas, and this will give you just that.

Yeah it feels like a riff on visions of beyond. You don't have the cantrip possibility, but you just need a threshold instead of 20 cards. But I think that delve being cannibalistic will keep this card from seeing play in the decks that *do* have graveyard fillers. Decks like dredge would be loathe to nuke their own yards.

I'm liking delve alot. You obviously have to limit yourself to couple of delve cards in each deck, since they would canibalize on each other.
People should probably stop reacting to them until legit pictures turn up.

If it were an instant it would factor in significantly. As it is (if real) it might see marginal play. I'm going to want a bunch for myself, though.
