Jeskai Ascendancy

Enchantment
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. Untap those creatures.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

The card is up on mythic spoiler. I am not allowed to post links or pictures? Edit: apparently this is my 5th post, removing the restriction, lol
Anyone know the source of these blurry/grainy cards?

I just think URW delver in modern with young pyromancer will find a reason to love this. Your elemental tokens get+1/+1 every time you cast a spell? will do

Decks I have in my bag of tricks- Needless to say, someone who wants to play will probably have a deck UB/x Faeries UR Storm XURWB Affinity G Elves UW control
I am a little suspicious of both the no-source cards mythicspoiler has posted, but whatever.
This seems...really really good, and with certain cards, rather broken. That untap clause is a combo enabler, but I guess the other cards in this ascendancy cycle are the same.
It's really rather nice. Not sure if it's the "missing piece" to really bring Jeskai's Tempo/Aggro to constructed but flavor wise the clan is still a lot of fun.
Fits extremely well in my Jeskai tempo Modern deck... Hope it's real! Giving my Delvers, Geists (and token) +1/+1 at instant speed (as well as pseudo vigilance...again at instant speed so I can even do it on my opponents turn...) all while cycling through my deck to get the perfect answers for the board state... I see so many combat tricks with this! Love it. Also, (even though I don't currently run him) this seems pretty good with Young Pyromancer as well (making the tokens 2/2 and searching for more spells cuts the clock quite a bit).
This feels like a perfect Tempo fit! I for one am a happy Jeskai Mage! While you never can be sure until you test..this has amazing potential.
Seems alright, to bad it isn't in one of the green clans where it could do fun stuff like repeatedly untapping mana dorks to dump you hand.
Good in a tempo deck to provide pump/untap blockers, and the repeated looting is very strong, might let it see play in control decks just for the huge amount of card selection.
The more I think about it; the more I like it...its Synergy with Snapcaster Mage is great too (he flashes-back a spell..you play it...pumping him and "looting" a card at the same time...it could have a chance in Modern. Keeping my fingers crossed. I will certainly be testing it starting today
I doubt this is good enough for Modern. If your Young Pyromancer lives till turn 4 you've probably won already anyway, you don't need to pump the tokens. And this costs you a card and a full 3 mana (could be 3 spells you cast!). And still dies to Abrupt Decay.
If this sees play anywhere in Modern, it'll be in storm, not tempo. Getting the ability to loot whenever you cast something is pretty dang nice. I don't know if it'll see play, but it would be interesting to see someone try.
Of course you can play the ascendancy first if you have a haste granter (Crimson Wisps being excellent, although Lightning Greaves is also a cheap noncreature). Maybe even Utopia Sprawl or Birds for a T2 Ascendancy. Summoner's Pact tutors for Bloom Tender if you have a haste granter, and is fine when cycling through, so all we would really want is a good tutor for Jeskai Ascendancy. I guess Serum Powder hurts this deck less than most...
I've talked myself into it.
Edit: You don't even really need a Bloom Tender, you can go off pretty well with Elf+Bird. I guess Hierarch produces blue in lieu of Birds, and you can Manamorphose for red to cast the PiF.
And don't forget that it's a non-creature spell, itself!
I love the second ability because it keeps the Prowess triggers coming, though the question of creature-to-noncreature rates in Jeskai decks remains open.
This card seems like a really bad trap. No board impact and you have to cast a non-creature spell to gain some marginal bonus other mono-colored cards can do better. What this ascension and prowess in general want, are a truckload of really cheap cantrips. But we don't get that, because they're boring and not as fun as playing creature after creature and turning them sideways.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.
Essentially gives all your dudes Prowess+,
with a nice looting ability as well.
This cycle really does set the tone for each clan very well.
It is actually better than giving all your guys Prowess, because multiple instances of this card stack, whereas multiple instances of prowess on the same card likely do not.
Pretty much infinite untaps if u can figure out how to get 1u. view from above
That's sick, it makes this an instawin with Birds/Hiearch+a single elf out. I'm going to go look at other cheap buyback cards.
Edit: Mystic Speculation is technically the cheapest, but you only need 15 floating Mana to go infinite with Sprout Swarm (10 with a single creature, 6 with 2, or 3 with 3 creatures already).

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
Regarding running a 4-color deck without fetchlands:
MostlyLost on Cockatrice.
T2 Bloom Tender
T3 Jeskai Ascendancy, tap Bloom tender for 4, go off with cantrips (Manamorphose, Cerulean Wisps, and Past in Flames seem particularly good) to draw your deck, Emrakul/Grapeshot/attack with your 30/30 Bloom Tender for the win.

Thoughtseize take your creature.
Hero's Downfall kill your creature.
Crackling Doom sacrifice a creature.
This clan needs a lot of hexproof from the remaining cards or else the entire clan is going to be bulk.
Seriously though, the +1/+1 on this is an afterthought, the combo potential here is insane.
