A little early to render the Gates obsolete already, isn't it? OK, unless you are playing Maze's End...
The morph enchantment is just begging to be broken. Love the flavor on the Phoenix! And the black removal spell seems pretty sweet, another point in favor of delve / dredge control... Although as always I'm reserving judgement on the set's mechanics until we have a full spoiler

"Dying with good cards in your hand is the surest sign that you did something wrong, somewhere." -Caleb Durward
Awesome. Something about these lands makes me appreciate them much more than the original refuges or the guild gates. Maybe it's just the new art, they look amazing. I'll definitely be using these in the few commander decks I have.
Unfortunately, that bounce cost is way too steep to use repeatedly. It's a 7 drop, so returning three lands to your hand pretty much ensures that you aren't going to see it again for another 2-3 turns unless it's very late game.
The leviathan is cool and dumb at the same time... I don't get why does it have Prowess :S I mean, an enormous beater that gains +1/+1 until EOT while you cast something? don't get it. I don't think it's the new Aetherling, I would play Prognostic Sphinx every day.
I see they did end up regretting giving the refuges plane-specific names. Honestly, I didn't expect the refuges to be reprinted ever. I preferred the cleaner design of the gates (minus the subtype), but whatever. Mana fixing for limited is welcome, and now we have it at all rarities.
Edit: Oh yes, prowess on Pearl Lake Ancient is a slap in the face to anyone playing Jeskai. Until now, I had assumed they were aware of how limited a mechanic it was, and would be seeking creative ways to put it on cards, but putting it on this is pretty obviously pointless.

It's also a 6/7 for 7 with Flash that can't be countered. It's still a good finisher.

Read the full article, the author explains in detail why this thing has Prowess. I don't necessary agree with him, but there is an explanation.
You played JESUS?!?! I heard none of his guys stay in the graveyard, and once you think you have him beat he ALWAYS comes back to win within three turns. I like...WORSHIP him.
Pearl Lake Ancient feels like it a "greatest hits" of Spike-friendly abilities, I'm left wondering if I'm mis-evaluating the very high 5UU cost. I'm experiencing cognitive dissonance.
Trail of Mystery wants me to like it (and I do) but it's not going to make any morph cards Constructed-playable if they aren't playable on their own.
Murderous Cut is another one of those trap cards, I think. Use it and bork all of your other delve capabilities.
Ashcloud Phoenix is on par with most phoenixes (i.e., meh.)
Some potential here... not necessarily any killer apps.

...I think I'd rather just stick with Mistcutter Hydra.
Sweet. A full cycle of lands that'll be cheap to get for my cube. I needed more fixing, and at this point I've just accepted that the options aren't gonna be amazing.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
I was thinking the same thing about Murderous Cut, So far today it's my favorite spoil. That being said I am heavily biased to black removal. The Phoenix is ok, but I think it's to expensive, and not something I want to recur. The Pearl Lake Ancient looks really good for control players, and the green enchantment really wants to be broken. We just need something now that makes Morph cheaper.

Also, a complete cycle of common duals that are better than the guildgates is the answer to a lot of casual prayers.
Cool life-gaining dual taplands at common, though.

Yeah, but before they were at uncommon. These are common.

not at all imho. you need to recast it and going back 3 lands.
well, at least without the bounce ability it's still has a decent body + uncounterable.
