Personally, I think it's pretty cool. Probably not going to be tearing up too many constructed games, but I can see it being something to keep in mind while drafting, and I know I'll enjoy it in my warrior tribal Kresh EDH Deck.
This is another subtly powerful card from this set. It doesn't have the WOW factor of Utter End or the Jeskai Khan, but it is very, very good nonetheless.
