Seems like it'll be a standard staple in any form of B/W decks. Probably as a two of since it costs 4 but I could see more being played depending on the metagame. The fact that it doesn't hit Stormbreath Dragon is a minus but everything else feels like pure upside.
I still prefer mortify I think, 4 mana is alot. cool card tho

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.

Instant speed Vindicate-lite effect. Probably not better than Maelstrom Pulse in Modern, sadly. Worth testing though; I've seen some WB Control lists, as well as some Esper and Teachings lists, that would definitely prefer this to Pulse.
Not hitting lands is a big downgrade over Vindicate, even if it does Exile.
I was excited when I saw "instant" and then sad when I saw "nonland." Is a Vindicate reprint really too much to ask for? The Exile part is nice, but I wish it could kill lands.
This got me extremely excited untill I read nonland, still great don't get me wrong but DAMN, that was so close to being vindicate tier in modern... I believe it will be used somewhere maybe in 1x in some lists, I definitely like it and will try it!
4cmc is really slow but the effect is really nice since it exiles something that might be extremely annoying and worth the manacost in grindier decks.

Sorcery speed vindicate? No, this cannot hit lands and its 4 mana, so we are very far from vindicate. That's not really a bad thing, because vindicate is a bit too strong.
Is a Vindicate reprint really too much to ask for?
In a set that will see standard play, absolutely. In case you didn't notice, they want to make removal a bit weaker, so printing vindicate would be a step in the wrong direction.
Do want. Will be playing in EDH. So much easier to cast and a little better than Unmake. If Warleader's Helix was playable in standard, this will be too. Also hits gods which is nice. You could play this as a more versatile md card instead of relying on things like Deicide post-board.

Yes and no. No because it's sorcery and mulitcolored. Yes because for 3 mana you can destroy anything. And that cheap mana cost is probably the reason why it won't be reprinted. Plus the fact it can be 3 mana land destruction.
From an EDH POV:
That's not exciting. Add 1 mana and make Vindicate and Instant. Keep it the same as vindicate and add the non-land clause. But to add both just makes this almost unplayable in EDH.
I think they're running out of words to put in front of 'end.' Next it'll be 'totally unstoppable end' then 'for real you guys this is the most endingist possible end.'

"A scrupulous writer, in every sentence that he writes, will ask himself at least four questions, thus: 1. What am I trying to say? 2. What words will express it? 3. What image or idiom will make it clearer? 4. Is this image fresh enough to have an effect? And he will probably ask himself two more: 1. Could I put it more shortly? 2. Have I said anything that is avoidably ugly?"

So an instant speed Vindicate.
Seems pretty sweet!
Looks pretty instant to me.

In Standard, yes, removal is only getting more expensive for the most part.

Using it as a timetravel on oponent turn will be nice ( also other card that "destroys" planeswalkers )
