I'm not sure how I like this Fork. It's proactive rather than reactive, which is a first. Obviously you can't copy opponents' spells with it. You can't use it in a lot of cases where it would be useful because it's a sorcery. You can't use it on pre-combat spells like Overrun or any kind of combat tricks at all.
BUT it's 3 mana for double Fork in one card. That's some pretty strong upside to make up for the severe loss in utility over Forks. It will definitely be playable in some fashion, depending on what people want out of it.
Also, as a neat trick, it's the only spell capable of copying a Split Second spell such as Wipe Away
Howl of the Horde is awesome. Sticking just with Modern, I'm seeing a few applications for it. Swing with something on turn 4. Whether or not it connects, play Howl. Now your Lava Spike deals 9 damage. Hell, your Goblin Grenade does 15 damage (so long as you got the dudes to sacrifice). I'd even test this in UR Delver for a giant turn 4 play. Howl into Bolt is amazing. Howl into Serum Vision also rocks.
Of course, in all cases the main criticism might be "win more", but I still think it's worth testing.
Would Sidisi interact with Wayfinder / Kruphix's Insight etc that reveal from the top of the library?
With her and the Jeskai Khan spoiled, we can expect ETB / attack effects for all 5 I think.

Anything that can put creatures into the GY from your Library will net you a Zombie.
Commune, Wayfinder, New Jace, Necromancer's Assistant, and I think there is a Centaur.
So..swing with goblin electromancer, then fury of the horde, fury of the horde, lightning bolt for 15?
Also, to the OP...Mothershup?
It would actually be 21, because the first Fury would copy the second Fury two times, and then you'd have three Fury on the stack each copying the next spell twice for a total of six copies of the next spell you play in addition to the original. Seven Bolts is 21 damage.
Confused about Sidsi. Does she only make one zombie per milling effect, no matter how many creatures it mills?
Might see play if you run a critical mass of creatures, as a 3/3 and a 2/2 for 4 is pretty good, and she likely makes another 2/2 when attacking. Combined with Satyr Wayfinder, even more zombies.
As far as End Hostilities ... does this destroy auras or just equipment? Not sure what "attached" means in this context.
The mill is one effect so any number of creatures = 1 Zombie.
End Hostilities would destroy Auras and Equipment. Auras usually die when the creature dies, but Bestow and Rancor are the exception. Killing creatures and Swords in EDH is pretty sweet though.
Rancor jumps right back to the hand anyways, though, as it doesn't care how it ended up in the graveyard. Still, the fact that this hits equipment makes me wonder if it could see play in modern. Gets rid of Swords and Batterskull real nice.

You only need one creature to sac, right? Additional cost to cast?
Unless I'm overlooking something the board wipe is really good. It wrecks Bestow in standard. It also wrecks Bogles super hard in Modern. In EDH is blows up Lightning Greaves and Swords.
I apriecate Sidri's design... but she requires too creature heavy a deck for me liking. I also think she is different enough from other BUG commanders that she will find her niche in EDH
I mostly use Fork effects as pseudo counters so I don't know how often i'd use Howl to just double up damage, not unless its for the kill, It is still too narrow to pull off regularly.
5 mana wrath is 5 mana wrath... it allows board control decks other than white blue which will be a nice change.

Oh yeah... huh. I haven't read Rancor in so long... still killing equipment is clutch.
Cool that's at least three more playables in the set so far.
Even without delve Sidisi provides enough value for a standard 4 drop. Put her in with necromancer's stockpile and hop on the value train.
5 mana wrath with equipment and bestow hate? Good enough for EDH, this or aethersprouts is probably going to be control's new go to wrath in standard.
Howl of the horde is in a weird spot. I don't think it's really for standard burn because burn doesn't really want to go above 3-4 lands, and there are no really good 1 cmc burn spells in standard... It's sort of in an awkward place but who knows, it might just be powerful enough to make it. I for one will definitely try to brew around with it a bit.

Attack with single creature
Howl of the Horde + Howl of the Horde + Shock = 18 damages
please correct me if i am wrong with this situation
Especially because these naga seem more snake like than the snake people from Kamigawa haha.
I guess it's like Viashino, though. They're like lizard men and they're not lizards...

End Hostilities looks like it might shift Control away from the planned BUG shell.
Sidsi seems fun. Could she see play in Standard Dredge?
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
