I think we may see another sarkhan walker in UR or maybe RUG
Sarkhan is in no way blue.
One could argue that his search for the the dragons and their knowledge is kind of blue. Also, this is an alternate time-line, maybe one where he is a Temur/Dragon-sage type person and is never corrupted by Bolas.
he might have to do some blue stuff in this story... maybe?
What does that even mean? That he might have to learn or think or study? Because any color can do that. It isn't what they do that marks the primary difference between colors, it's why they do it. For example, a mono-white character can lie, cheat, steal, and kill just as much as a black character, if said white character feels that doing so is for the greater good.
One could argue that his search for the the dragons and their knowledge is kind of blue.
Except he's not seeking the knowledge of dragons for the sake of learning, he just wants to shut up the incessant voices in his head, and to be free of Nicol Bolas.
Searches, even ones for knowledge, aren't inherently blue.
Also, this is an alternate time-line, maybe one where he is a Temur/Dragon-sage type person and is never corrupted by Bolas.
Considering the fact that we have yet to even get to the part where any time traveling takes place, I think it's a bit early to start guessing about any hypothetical alternate timelines that might be created. At this point in time, based on what we know so far, WotC could take this story in about a million different directions. And that's just counting the directions that wouldn't require a retcon (which WotC has proven they're not above doing).
For people saying Ugin should have a line of text saying he is colorless: They can put a color reminder next to its type ( like with DFCs and the pacts in MM...).
Compare the Oracle text of Ghostfire with, say, Kobolds of Kher Keep. Ghostfire doesn't have a colour indicator, probably because there's not a clear way to have a colour indicator indicate a lack of colour. Now of course they may solve this problem in the future, but by definition that means that it's not solved now.
What do you guys think would be an appropriate loyalty cost for "You get an emblem with 'Spells and permanents you control and cards in your graveyard, hand and library are colorless'"? I don't think it's necessary that Ugin be natively colourless if he can easily make himself so permanently.
First come the goblins. Hordes of them. But soon the ramp produced by xenagos attracts monstrous token-producing hydras. Towering over the battlefield, these 12-headed killing machines are protected 2 archetypes of endurance as they crash any resistence left
Ghostfire reminder text is fine, Ugin shall have the same.
Both you an leslak are using the word "reminder" here when you probably shouldn't be. Ghostfire does not have reminder text, nor does it have a colour indicator which leslak calls a "color reminder". I don't see any problem with Ugin having a colour-setting ability like Ghostfire but he won't have a colour indicator for the reasons I said.
Your emblem seem very pointless and in need of something else to have any worth, that is not what we are used to having from Planeswalkers...
I didn't say it should be his ultimate, probably his other abilities will care about colourless things whether he has the ability to make things colourless or not. I just figured that having said ability would be an interesting alternative to having a characteristic setting ability. He's going to need that line of text one way or the other, whether it's to say "Ugin is colorless" or "Morph +4 Loyalty" or create the emblem. I think all of those options are much more likely than him simply having a fully colourless mana cost because he's not a golem like Karn and he's certainly not an Eldrazi.
If I recall correctly, a wedge 'walker was hinted at. Ugin is colorless, Sorin and Sarkhan are almost certainly not getting new versions this block, and, out of an unknown walker and the only existing three-color PW, it seems more likely that Nicol Bolas shifts colors a bit. Maybe he turns colors when the timeshift happens, or something.
Also, wedge-colored drgagon lords would be pretty boring, since we already have wedge-colored dragons.
If only DotP had given us a servant of Bolas strongly associated with wedge colors and thematically kind of fitting with Tarkir as well - someone in dire need of a card... like Ramaz.
Bolas's colors ave become kind of an iconic part to him. I see Bolas going two-colored before adding white or green anyway. (And, no, I don't see Bolas going two-colored.)
So what was the hint anyway?

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

I think it's more likely that the wedge walker will be Ugin or Narset, I will say. I don't recall specifically where MaRo hinted at it (maybe his ask thing?. I'm sure someone else here knows what I'm talking about.
]Another Wizards fanboy wants to glorify everything they do. Why can't you see that the game has gotten nothing but worse since the 1940's? At least in the 1800's we had spells that actually did something. I remember in 1492 when I first opened a pack of Alpha under the dim light of my oil lantern, I was at least inspired to travel to a new undiscovered land.!
Ramaz isn't involved in Ugins death for a couple reasons
1) Ramaz wasn't alive 1000 years ago.
2) Boals has to much of an ego to kill share with one of his minions. Helping Bolas kill another dragon planeswalker would be a grave insult to his pride as a dragon. i.e.- Bolas is too weak. I mean this is the same guy who purposely had world eaters unsealed.
3) Having Ugin, while he was on old walker, being taken out by a neowalker with an ice spell is ridiculous. It more believable that Sarkhan could be enough of a factor in turning the tide of battle to Ugin surviving, but not that Sarkhan could take out Bolas by himself.
If Ugins a dragon planeswalker he should be at a power level comparable to Bolas. Bolas now is a handful for neowalkers in groups.

With the Onslaught fetches reprinted in Khans of Tarkir is there any chance the Zendikar fetches will be reprinted in Fate Reforged?

I believe if they come at all it will be in the third set. Reasoning being that it will be another large set, and that KTK/FRF are to be played together in limited, then FRF/Louie. Keeps limited somewhat balanced with the different block structure.
do you think we might see spoilers before December? that is my favorite part of some sets, seeing the cards, still holding on to that fragile hope that a SINGLE new card from the set will be something I like...

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
Morph UWR
As Ugin is turned faced up, put X loyalty counters on it.
For proof checkout Hooded Hydra. Also there will still be plenty of space for three abilities, see Jtms. So rulewise and practically it's doable.
