Why would it sell for that much? I'm part of a misprint/oddities group on facebook and apparently this error happens on all foil Chinese M15 planeswalkers.
Same reason that foil Korean Ashiok sells for $300+. Even though the misprint is on all of the first printings in Chinese, they are hard to get a hold of everywhere but China.

2k is a huge rip off. You can literally spend 1k going to china, and rip boosters yourself for them
Add to that the cost of time spent doing this as opposed to working or actually playing Magic as well as the expected number of boosters you'd have to open to get a particular foil planeswalker.

20 boxes = 720 packs
= an average of 20 foil rares/mythics
= an average of 2.5 foil mythics
= an average of 1 foil Planeswalker. One total, not one of each.
Not suggesting that these prices are correct, but some people drastically underestimate the rarity of specific foils.
The only reason English language foils are so cheap is MTGO redemption.
Aren't the only two places were Cartamundi make Cards in the US and Belgium?
