Actually, i never read Freyalise's wiki and i always assumed she was mono green, because all the cards associated with her are green. And most players probably never read the wiki too and only know about her from cards.
Same here, I wasn't aware of any connection between her and red before.
While I am at it if the proto types of three of the planswalkers were Ajani, Lilliana and Nissa. Any thoughts on who those can be my bet is Leshrac if I am wrong about Grannie Sengir since he more fits the Necromancer Archtype then Tevsh Szat even though I would love to get the old demon dragon octopus on a card. Freyalise's seem a shoe in for green now. white is probably Serra I would think as Ajani goldmane is what I always figured a Serra card would have looked like.

The white lieutenant is an angel... the brand new mechanic is on an angel...Why would an lieutenant angel follow a Kor Lithomancer around? A being who focuses on hedrons and Stone Forge Mystic stuff. It makes no sense, and I swear so many people will be so mad if Serra, Planeswalker and virtual goddess of angels, isn't the white walker card. Seriously, if Nahiri is the white walker, the angel lieutenant card is so very, very misleading and beyond trash in flavor.
Feldon is amazing, not only in mechanics but in flavor. Why would they do so amazing for Feldon, and make that giant of a mistake in flavor with an angel lieutenant following a Kor...

It doesn't make sense for Stitcher Geralf to follow Teferi, either. I don't think they were going for any narrative cohesion within a whole deck, and I don't think they have to adhere to that in this format, it would be severely limiting on what they could print.
Hm, as for who else the unnamed 'walker may be, maybe the unnamed 'walker who created Phyrexia? Though we don't really know him (I just happened upon a reference to him in a random search on the wiki).
Geralf isn't following Teferi, he doesn't have the new lieutenant ability. The other commanders are there to give you a choice of leader, as far as I know they've never directly related to one another, hense Teferi and Geralf.
The lieutenant keyword should mean something though, it should work flavor wise for each of the general options. The Lieutenant key word should be on a creature that makes sense following one of the three generals of the deck. Some kind of science monster/temporal thing would make sense being the blue lieutenant. An angel doesn't make sense with a Kor was my major argument.

Oh, specifically the lieutenant ability word... That makes more sense, yeah, it would be cool if they tied them together like that. But I'm not really expecting them to, there's nothing really there that can have any relation to a specific commander other than maybe the creature type. I would guess they're just working with it as a mechanic.
On Freyalise, I only know what I've read on wikipedia about her, so you probably have a better idea of how appropriate her lack of red would be. Still, I feel like having her without red would be like Ajani without white or Sorin without black.
Note the one color she doesn't touch is blue. I wonder why...
My guesses for the five Commander-Walkers are:
White - Nahiri, the Lithomancer (who we know but maybe not by name)
Blue - Teferi
Black - New character from a plane we've seen before
Red - Jaya Ballard
Green - Freyalise
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Hi everyone. I have been testing Teferi PW in my Azami (wizards & counterwall) deck these past few weeks and I came to a conclusion that the second ability -1 untap 4 Permanents gives a significant amount of advantage in play. For example, I cast teferi PW for 6, then I untap 4 island which gives me 4 mana to play counterspells on my opponents turn. If we are going to analyse it carefully, It is similar to a 6cmc colorless artifact ROCK that can tap to add 4colorless to your mana pool. However, its very vulnerable to attacks by small creatures but can help prolonge the game against aggro decks by pressuring the opponent to kill teferi. Also, in a competitive mono-U control build, 6cmc should be a threat card such as Wurmcoil Engine/Aetherling/Karn rather than a support card. If I am going to rate the card from a scale of 1-10 in a control/counterwall deck. 10 being the highest. its 6/10(fair).

Love, hope, prosperity, abundance and perfect health shall follow me all the rest of my life.
I've been testing Teferi in my "Superfriends" Commander since his revealing. His -1 ability can make it virtually free (untapping manarocks that adds 2 or more mana). His +1 ability is pretty relevant as it quickly picks the best cards from your deck. His ultimate is essentially instant win in my deck, as it has lots of walkers. But can be completely useless in other decks.
Teferi have obvious synergy in untapping Geralf and three lands to make zombies two times in a turn. Power level really depends on the amount of abilites in the deck.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.

I read a lot of the books, and I never knew about her connection to red until I saw her wiki entry. So there's no chance in hell your average player is going to know she used red.
W: Probably Nahiri U: Teferi B: Ob Nixilis R: Probably a new character G: Freyalise
Unless the "walker we know, but not by name" isn't Nahiri, I think it's safe to assume that the red 'walker will be the "new character from an old plane".

You know, that *is* possible, even if a bit unlikely.

Searching on "Freyalise" in card titles and flavour text gives you a good idea of her backstory and her colours. She is particularly green (and also particuarly anti-enchantment/artifice) in the cards she is represented in, despite her backstory (e.g. Force of Savagery, Gemhide Sliver, Greenseeker, Planeswalker's Favor, Skyshroud Blessing, Tranquil Path).
That said, she also bleeds into other colours, card-wise (e.g. Freyalise Supplicant, Ghostflame Sliver, Pernicious Deed, Tamanoa).
