So, what will be his new name? Jace, the Living Guildpact?
Also, did you notice? Every Soul is from a plane where some version of the corresponding-color planeswalker was printed. Ajani appeared on Theros, Jace appeared on Ravnica, Liliana appeared on Innistrad and Nissa appeared on Zendikar. The only problem is Soul of Shandalar since that was never an expansion, but it too fits if you consider Shandalar as plane where Core Sets happen since there were two new Chandras printed in Core Sets.
Channel Fireball always updates at 9pm Pacific/12am Eastern. The new Jace won't be shown for at least another 23 or so hours so let's just wait till then.

Soul of New Phyrexia?
Well, there's no colorless planeswalker in this set. But there are more similarities... Soul of Theros boosts a creature, granting first strike and lifelink, and so does new Ajani (he has lesser boost and adds vigilance). Soul of Shandalar hits player and his creature at the same time, and so does Chandra. Soul of Zendikar and Nissa both give you creatures (that's weaker link, though) and Soul of Innistrad only has multi-Raise Dead to Liliana's multi-reanimate. But this makes me think that the new Jace will require just one blue mana and will be multicolor-friendly in some way...

Soul of New Phyrexia?
Karn Liberated? He's not in this core set, no, but he did appear in the plane where Soul of New Phyrexia is based, and is the same color (or lack thereof).

It's not from actual cards or sets, per se, but plot-wise, Shandalar "fits" this pattern, because it's where Garruk was first given the Chain Veil Curse by Lili (which happened in the webcomics they no longer make).
This is more out of curiosity than anything else (& please, do not take this as inflammatory), but why would you refer to Louie Scott Vargas as a planeswalker? He's a regular guy like all of us. Please do not put him on a pedestal.

Anyhoo, can't wait to see Jace.
Not sure if srs. But if srs, and if you're referring to the title of this thread, read it again and see that it's referring to Jace as the Planeswalker that LSV will be spoiling. The only thing I'm wondering is if 'LVS' is a typo or intended as a LOLOLOL.

I had to read it 3 times to get it, lol. It was poorly stated, that's all. This is the evidence that the politicians have been talking about regarding basic education - that the methods being taught are the reason why STAR testing (& the like) have had such low score results.

It's actually a correct sentence. While it's in the passive voice and the passive voice sucks, it would actually take effort to interpret the sentence as you did.

“A man's at odds to know his mind cause his mind is aught he has to know it with. He can know his heart, but he dont want to. Rightly so. Best not to look in there. It aint the heart of a creature that is bound in the way that God has set for it. You can find meanness in the least of creatures, but when God made man the devil was at his elbow. A creature that can do anything. Make a machine. And a machine to make the machine. And evil that can run itself a thousand years, no need to tend it.”

I didn't say incorrect; just poorly stated. No need to be devil's advocate here. I wasn't trolling, just verbally stating that the way it was phrased confused me. I may type/speak in common colloquial, but I do have an education in education, i.e. a single subject teaching credential.
And it is not that difficult to translate the sentence they way I did, especially since no commas were used to express where the pause in the sentence should be, which, by the way, gives the correct structure to the sentence.
For example:
"the planeswalker [LSV], will be spoiling, is Jace." (How I read it).
is different from:
"the planeswalker, [LSV] will be spoiling, is Jace." (How you read it).
The comma(s) tell the reader where to pause when reading, which allows to sentence to make sense. No commas and the sentence feels like a run-on sentence, regardless of the actual length of the sentence.

No offense, but if you're a teacher, there's the reason I'm home schooling my runt. Commas don't belong anywhere in there. It's a passive voice statement that requires no comma. Poorly written, grammatically correct. Both ways you suggested have commas where they don't belong. How you came to the conclusion LSV was being referred to as a planeswalker is obtuse and, like the previous poster said, takes effort to be that wrong.
On topic, psyched for a new Jace, guess we'll have to wait, though.
There is one correct English parse for the sentence that's the subject of the post (assuming that LSV and Jace are both proper nouns), and it's the one that means "LSV will be spoiling a planeswalker card. That card is Jace." The sentence needs no commas. Any other interpretation is not grammatical in formal English or any colloquial dialect I'm aware of. I do see how you could maybe garden path down a wrong interpretation if you're really fixating on [[The Planeswalker LSV]] as a noun phrase, but the sentence itself is perfect.

Yeah, the sentence is fine. All you are doing is omitting the "which" in "The Planeswalker [which] LSV will be spoiling is Jace," and it's perfectly acceptable both grammatically and idiomatically to omit that "which."
Commas don't belong in there anywhere, and there is no ambiguity.
It's possible but I still think there's enough time that it could be spoiled tonight.
I think they want to get all the planeswalkers out in the first week.
Edit: well, damn. One of the articles just said Monday for Garruk and they showed Liliana tonight.

About as close as you're going to get, I suppose.
