Garruk has officially reached Uncle Istivan level of psycho. its interesting to see all the original walkers in this set, except one of them has become bent on killing the others.
It's a historical armour style for melee combat, most commonly with a two handed weapon where a mix of dexterity and defence is needed. You can kinda see it in Ajani's armour too, one side is significantly "lighter" than the other.
Thing is, Garruk's either a lefty and holding his axe wrong, or is wearing his armour on the wrong side. Asymmetric armour is usually worn on the "guard" side, which is your off side.
I'd honestly rather the promo In Garruk's Wake art or some semblance of that art for his PWalker card. That art is sort of underwhelming to be honest. He doesn't look "crazed" or "menacing" at all.
I really hope that's the non-promo In Garruk's Wake, but unfortunately, that's his PWalker art for sure.
I hope they make this right some day = P
Also, this scene from the doomstar requiem is how I picture Garruk hunting planeswalkers:

Recommend seeing the whole series to anyone!

1000 points to myo.
Now all we need is Dr. Rockso, Planeswalker.
It may not be great, but I'm soooo happy to be done with anime Jace, Memory Adept and that stupid hair a five year old could have drawn better.
