Conspiracy Draftifact 3
Artifact Creature - Construct
Draft Conspiracy Draftifact face up.
Immediately after the draft, you may notice how freakin' screwed you are, as someone just used Lore Seeker to get a pack of Zendikar with a power nine inside.

my guess is it was a mistake when someone said we'd be getting the conspiracy spoilers tonight. Probably get them Monday if we haven't gotten them by now
Straight from MTGO's twitter is that we'd get Vintage Masters And Conspiracy complete spoilers tonight. We only got half of that. :~|

So Council's Judgement seems like it is the strongest card previewed thus far for 1v1 formats. It's an automatic 2 for 1, that allows you to pick a nonland permanent to exile without targeting, then your opponent has to essentially sacrifice a non land permanent to it, all for three mana.

Not a 2 for 1. You pick first, so your opponent will probably pick the permanent you pick.

Why wouldn't the opponent just pick the permanent you picked? It's a 1 for 1 that way.
voting is voting, the tie in 1v1 is what saves it, although if they were smart they would vote for the same one in order to avoid the 2 for 1, theres always counter magic, still nice to see a nontargeted removal second one printed recently, the other one is Godsend

They can just vote for the same permanent but yeah, does seem good.

I'll act like I didn't overlook that sorry guys! Well, it still seems very strong. I suppose not as ridiculously as I thought of it.

I thought Council's Judgment in 1V1 was just a better Oblivion Ring too, and went to bed on that... And then it came to me: "Wait, doesn't the wording let it kill hexproof creatures and stuff like True-Name Nemesis?" I got out of bed just to make sure, and yes, it does! It's like the ultimate creature removal spell in terms of range! No indestructible, no regeneration, no hexproof and no protection is getting in the way of this one!
Am I right that to you can't cast decimate if there isn't a card of each type it targets in play? If you cast will the whole thing fizzle if the last legal target for a type leaves play before it resolves?
...it almost seems so hard to cast it might be useless if so.

it may be safe to assume Edric, Spymaster of Trest is in CNS,
