Holy smokes, do want! At worst, he's a bear. At best, he's a scalable creature (more efficient than some Hydras!) that can turn extra mana into potential new threats.
He feels more mythic to me than Muzzio. All in all, I love this card!
I really like the design space for this card- he wants you to pump a lot of +1/1 counters on him, or play a lot of smallish creatures. Either way could work, and it's definitely an interesting general for that color combination.

Ask yourselves, all of you, what power would hell have if those imprisoned here could not dream of heaven?

Plays nice with Flayer of the Hatebound; the creature goes to the graveyard before ETBing, so Flayer sees it and triggers. Flayer is also only 4 power, which is small enough for Grenzo to grab reasonably easy.
I don't think graveyard hate stops his ability either; he'll just put the creature in from exile.

Average activations per cheated creature in a 16-creature deck (e.g. Legacy Jund): 60 / 16 = 3.75
Average activations per cheated creature in a 30-creature deck (e.g. Legacy Goblins): 60 / 30 = 2
Not-so-good value in Jund or Nic Fit (I don't like my odds of 4 activations per creature), but sounds like value town in Goblins, where each creature's power probably won't go above 2! Sign me up!

Vialing in this guy after a terminus netting a lacky is scary to me.

I'm not really sure how to abuse this... He's weird.
Love the design. Gosh, what a delightfully weird card.

Not a bad two drop though it still doesn't help the deck in the current Legacy meta.

There's even some silly tricks you can do with Tel-Jilad Stylus.
Can never beat Meishin, the Mind Cage, though.
