Did they really number the set in the sequence listed? Because that is awesome! I only collect the new cards and filing in a binder will be so much easier this way. With the core sets I always have to figure out what wasn't a reprint and file them manually, leaving room for filing error. Love it!
...But the Conspiracy cards and artifact creatures in the land spot still have different levels of rarity
Right, they do. However they aren't a normal rarity. It's more like the Timeshifted Cards from Time Spiral. A rare in that slot won't be the same chance of occurrence as a normal rare.
So there's 25 cards that can occupy the same slot. If the Commons show up 4 times, the Uncommons show up 3 times, the Rares show up 2 Times, and the Mythic shows up 1 time on a sheet - then a rare conspiracy/artifact/land will show up 12/77 times (based on known information and speculated filling in the gaps) instead of 1/40 times for an average rare.
That doesn't equal 210, Sam! What is the real layout of the set?
Hmmm... I'm liking that number.
With each box containing 36 packs,
each box should contain the vast majority of Rares.
Mythics are a different Story, as are the cards in the land slot,
but it's comforting to know the odds are in favor
of you pulling an Exploration or a Misdirection from your box (both with a bit of luck).
That plus the money Uncommons may make this a very high-selling set indeed.
I know I'm thinking about a box for the first time since New Phyrexia.

The numbers are indeed nice as they result in rarity ratios that consist of whole numbers. If you were to open 80 packs of Conspiracy, on average you would expect to see one 1 copy of each mythic, 2 copies of each rare, 4 copies of each uncommon, and 10 copies of each common.
Also, I've already pre-ordered three boxes. <_<
EDIT: I believe I just figured out the remaining rarities for the "affects draft" slot. Based on the fact that Conspiracy is being printed on sheets of 80 cards and the current number crunch, it is almost certain that the remaining artifacts that go into that slot are two commons and an uncommon. That would leave us with 11 commons, 8 uncommons, and 6 rares between the conspiracies, artifacts, and Paliano. Assuming that each rare, uncommon, and common is printed 2, 3, and 4 times on the sheet respectively, we get that 12 cards on the sheet of 80 are rares, 24 are uncommon, and 44 are common. This is essentially as close as we can get to 11.428571~, 22.857142~, and 45.714285~; important numbers because that's how many cards would be on the sheet if Wizards wanted the chance of opening a commons to be twice the chance of opening an uncommon and four times the chance of opening a rare.
Maybe. However, this particular N&NC isn't an attempt to actually suss out the precise contents of the set, but provide a spoiler for the community. Since the main page and WotC's own site aren't listing any of the reprints, this is the next logical step.
WoTC is listing in the card image gallery the reprints which have been officially spoiled (Howling Wolf and Provoke being the two I can think of off the top of my head). The rest are essentially unofficial spoilers.
The fact that there are still eleven unknown Artifact reprints makes me very curious-
The set is, so far, light on mana-fixing. Maybe the Signets are here with their new art?
That only leaves one extra artifact, which makes it seem a bit unlikely.
Another possibility is the five Medallions from Tempest-
They aren't really mana fixing, but they are desired reprints.
I'll be fairly surprised if none of the eleven remaining artifacts are a cycle.
We already have enough "generic" artifact creatures in the draft slot.
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Melek, Izzet Paragon
Oona, Queen of the Fae

Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
Rhys the Redeemed
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

The Mimeoplasm WUBRGSliver OverlordGRBUW WUBRGSliver Hivelord(Superfriends)GRBUW
The number crunch for the color breakdown is a best guess and is in no way indicative of how the reprints will actually end up. We might not have that many artifacts.

Ah, gotcha.
Also, I hope that Air Servant being the only italicized card in the Blue section
means that Counterspell isn't off the table yet.

So, I recently made an effort to gather up all the known reprints, and there do seem to be a few that are missing from the crunch. Here's what I've got that you're missing (excluding yt53jpn's 4 cards above):
White: Ajani's Sunstriker (from the video)
Blue: Minamo Scrollkeeper (from the video) Plated Seastrider (from the video)
Red: Cinder Wall (maybe -- someone claimed this was in the video, but I haven't been able to confirm this for myself; call it an italics, perhaps) Lava Axe (maybe -- this article seems to imply that it's in, but it's not toally clear; it should probably be in in italics)
Green: Gamekeeper (from the information supplied by YagamiLight73, who was right about other things and so is probably trustworthy) Provoke, at common (directly shown as a spoiler by WotC! You may even be able to read the number off of it) Scaled Wurm (more from YagamiLight73)
Multicolored: Spontaneous Combustion (from yt53jpn, the source for quite a bit else you have on there) Wood Sage (from YagamiLight73)
Artifact: Peace Strider (from the video) Silent Arbiter (from the video)
Also, I don't think I'd really say that Pristine Angel, Reya Dawnbringer, and Smallpox are merely speculated; yt53jpn's info seems pretty good -- and you have some of his other spoils included un-italicized. And Air Servant is definitely not speculation; it's explicitly mentioned in the video. Neither is Chartooth Cougar, which is clearly shown with its Venser vs. Koth artwork. And Charging Rhino can be pretty clearly seen as well, so I don't think that should be in italics either.
Other than that, our lists are in agreement. (Well, other than the fact that I've only included rarities where they're known for a fact, but that hardly counts; I don't have any rarities that disagree with yours.)
Thanks!
Edit: In addition, regarding card numbers--
Provoke looks like 174; I think you can bold it.
I think you can bold Exploration at 164. Misdirection should really be bolded at 102.
I think Lizard Warrior can be bolded at 146.
Also, you might want to break down the rarities of the draft related cards and conspiracies. (And there's no reason to keep the two separate from one each other -- for the purposes of rarity, they're the same as one another.)
I guess that confirms Cinder Wall, then! I'll have to check this out myself later...
Edit: I'm having trouble figuring out the others myself. I do see Skitter of Lizards in the last photo. I'm going to have to return to this later, I don't quite have time at the moment...
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
Also Provoke C at #174
Additionally: Doomed Traveler cannot come before Courier Hawk, Lizard Warrior: you can bold at #146 (same can be said for Realm Seekers, Misdirection, and Exploration at their respective numbers), and Enclave Elite is a U card, so #95 looks like a good place for it.
