Worldknit
Conspiracy (Rare)
(Start the game with this conspiracy face up in the command zone.)
As long as every card in your card pool started the game in your library or in the command zone, lands you control have "T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
Backup Plan
Conspiracy (Rare)
(Start the game with this conspiracy face up in the command zone.)
Draw an additional hand of seven cards as the game begins. Before taking mulligans, shuffle all but one of your hands into your library.
Scourge of the Throne
Creature — Dragon (Mythic)
Flying
Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever Scourge of the Throne attacks for the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player with the most life or tied for most life, untap all attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
5/5
Drakestown Forgotten
Creature — Zombie (Rare)
Drakestown Forgotten enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the number of creature cards in all graveyards.
2B, Remove a +1/+1 counter from Drakestown Forgotten: Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.

Two new creatures and our first two rare conspiracies!

Worldknit seems like a sweet pick, but only early in pack 1.
Edit: Protip- Take the basic over a bad card late in packs to make your deck better. You need to play tons of lands anyway, and they are all the same to you.
Edit 2: Apparently the draft changing artifacts go in the basic land slot, so RIP 5th pick basics

It's a Good News Bad News thing, the good news is no color screw.
The Bad News is you have no sideboard, EVERY CARD you drafted is in your deck. This means you're going to probably want to draft a TON of Conspiracies, to keep them out of your deck and be somewhere near manageable.

Backup Plan seems straight up incredible. I like Scourge too, now people can't complain about someone going after the guy not doing anything. It potentially kills pretty quick, too. It also seems pretty juicy with Kaalia.
backup plan?
this is soo broken
you draft this and you is a target sence the beguining
Well this is why conspiracies have rarities. Backup plan is a bomb like any other bomb rare. It's a conspiracy that's easily first pickable.
Worldknit is a rare for two reasons:
1) It's niche and you don't want to see it too often or it's effect won't be as absurd.
2) It kinda has to be early picked to be of any use.
Worldknit is a silly card that will create silly draft experiences. Easily my favorite conspiracy spoiled yet, and the first one that feels exciting enough to justify the card type without being overpowered.
The dragon is cool and flavorful, and it's cool that he might end up attacking two different people in the same turn. Not very playable outside of limited and the kitchen table, however.
Protip- Take the basic over a bad card late in packs to make your deck better. You need to play tons of lands anyway, and they are all the same to you.
Whenever I draft, they tell us to remove the token and basic land (although I do recall lands remaining in the packs years ago). Is there now an official rule for this in draft, or is it at the LGS's discretion?

MTGO leaves the nonfoil basics in the pack; while I'd expect something similar for Conspiracy drafts, it's actually not relevant because these packs won't have basics in them. One of the articles today actually says that the draft-affecting artifacts replace the basic land slot.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
Sort of like Hellkite Charger or Aurelia, the Warleader.
I guess it's cool, but it isn't exactly the most unprecedented design.

Also, can someone explain Worldknit?
Feel free to delete mine or move it to Card Discussion.
Worldknit seems a bit too conditional,
But Backup Plan is quite possibly the best Conspiracy so far.
That Zombie is also really cool in a Group Mill deck (Lazav, Mimeoplasm).

That is actually brilliant.
Spoiled on Twitter earlier today. Has its own thread.
