I think this looks better than it will play. On paper, it's a big, splashable creature that lets you take the most massive thing out of the next pack for a crazy powerful all-in-one spell. In reality, you'll frequently need to cast whatever card you chose before the opportunity to get value with the Searcher arises, taking something off-color isn't worth the consistency issues, and even powerful ETB effects don't necessarily break it (see Sphinx of Uthuun, which has a better body and more reliable effect for the same cost).
Yeah, if I drafted this, I'd take the biggest, splashiest card I could find next pick. On the other hand, it's rare, so your pick 2 is either going to be a rare passed to you or the best uncommon in the pack, which might not be all that big.
I think this might be a newbie trap, like most 7+ drops in most draft formats. I'd probably just pass it.
If you First-Second pick this, you'll probably get an okay thing noted on this, but you don't want to pass this if someone final drafts it, cause then their First Pick from the next pack will be a HUGE bomb. A bigger bomb than before because it can just show up off any mana.

So... I have no idea how to rate drafting this.
Yeah, it's definitely weird in the context of a normal draft.
It seems specifically made for Cube, where it will be easy to draft a bomb after it in most cases.

WOW, this is actually a very potent card. Its basically a poor man's Rune-Scarred Demon. Which can also be hit or miss depending on if you have already drawn into one of your noted draft cards.
I still like it because it adds a cool element to drafting that wasn't previously there. True there was Double-Faced cards, but it takes that idea of having revealed draft cards and puts several spins on it through various versions of it.
Well, in a Conspiracy draft, this is really cool. But as others mentioned, not useful outside of a draft. The cards cost is 1 - 2 too high, even at a 6/4. Maybe make is 4/5 for 5 colorless.

This would be correct if it were a regular draft format, where you played duels after drafting, but these will be multiplayer games and seven mana won't be as hard to hit when each opponent of yours has two other players to worry about. The real trap isn't the cost, but with such small deck sizes in Limited (especially if you play that Conspiracy card that reduces your deck size) you're likely to draw the spell you want to search for before you can cast this guy, basically making him a vanilla 6/4 for 7 mana... not horrible, but nothing to write home about. In short, his ability is very conditional.

It lets you cast it out of your hand, too. If you draft multiples you'll be able to cast any one of those cards.
This card is not going to be good. In normal sealed you are likely going to get an uncommon that is fine, or an over costed common. I mean drafting this guy and then next picking scaled wurm is going to be your best be most of the time. This guy really should be a 2/2 and cost X2 where X is the cost of the named card. However a bet 1/3rd of the time this guy is good, and the rest he is just a bad craw wurm. (either because the next pic is already cast or not very good. Also note that the player that passed this to you knows you may take it, and if they are crafty they wait to pass until you have revealed or selected a different card because you have to reveal this when you take it.)
In cube this will be bad for similar reasons though it may seem to fair better with a better draft pool until you realize you want to play this in a control shell and your next pick now has to be your other finisher, I hope it is in the next pack you draft and you may have to splash extra colors to play your next finisher. If you are playing ramp or reanimator this card might be fine, but it does force your hand on your next pick, or makes you throw this card away. Just think about pick order and where you want to draft this card. Certainly not first second or third, so maybe you take it fourth and have to get something out of pack five with it? Bad card is Bad.
I'm kind of wondering how many of these special draft cards there will be. It's starting to seem like the entire set of new cards are these. I'm kinda bummed. I was expecting some cool new regular cards. Hopefully we will get them spoiled soon.

Well shoot, I suppose I should do better to RTFC, eh? That little phrase "your hand" makes a huge difference...
Just a note, if you draft more than one of these, you get options when you cast either of them, due to wording. Not that this is either likely or a good plan, but an amusing prospect.
And Creedmoor, the Artifacts are the only 'draft matters' cards, the non-artifacts should all be regular cards.
It'd be better if it used Hidden Agenda,
but I guess that might be too easy to abuse.
I still love this- two thumbs up.
It also has absurd Cube potential.

I agree though, this set isnt great for the pack crackers. Better to just buy singles of cards you want.

I think you can be forgiven for missing one word in that wall of self referential text. They must have burned a lot of complexity points on that.
Should be as simple as a written note.
