Soo much racists in this tread... dont discriminate grey colored humans .
Tarkir is Sarkhan's home plane and soo:
*It is ruled by warlords
* The dragons are extinct lsince long ago
*In tarkir shamans keep worshiping dragons even ( maybe) have never see one
*Sarkhan ascended in a ritual ( he is a shaman)
*Sarkhan was in jund just to see and interact with the dragons there
Wizards made the story ( the litle we know now) way before game of thrones becomed really popular...
I can see the renamed bushido being here and being turned into evergreen ( as i said before) also having the multicolor cards being wedge colored and shard too would be interesting for limited i could see they returning with snow as a not too much relevant mechanic( like some cards are powered up by it but the majority will just ignore it ). Maybe they have 4 colored warlords ( legendary). They could be returning with orcs but i think not with a major tribal theme. The block i think will be not focused in multicolor.
The
Khans of tarkir
Dragons of Tarkir
Warlords of khanar
Seems like the best fit
Sarkhan goes back to his homeplane gets influences up again second block he casts a world of dragons and maybe resurects some and wage war against the other warlords Tarkir becomes Khanar...
As for the unique block structure i refuse to think it is the way as wich it is drafted ( limited structure) . It must be other thing.
Pretty much anyone outside of Jace could be RG for the next RG walker. Sarkhan could go back to his roots, we could get a four-ability Domri, The Fight Sculptor, maybe Koth could take up gardening, even Ral Zarek could become a hippie after smoking some dank Golgari rotweeds.

These days, some wizards are finding they have a little too much deck left at the end of their $$$.

They will bring back Bushido, ninjtusu or level up cards.
The thinhg that we never saw before will be a new card type or new a color.
For the block structure:
They will release two sets at the same time: The large one will be focused on the warlods and the clans, and the small one will maybe be focused on dragons.

Keldon Marauders is a good example of that it doesn't have to be orcs - to me they look like gorillas, like the Keldon people, who for some reason use the human subtype
They use the Human subtype because they are Humans. They're wearing white war paint, but they are still Humans.

Emphasis on hybrid mana.
Combat oriented skills like bushido/banding/flanking/horsemanship return. Level up and exalted seem like a fit here too, although perhaps it is too soon.
Reprints of highly sought after Portal Three Kingdom/kamigawa spells. If thoughtseize hadn't been a chase rare in Theros, Imperial Seal would have seemed like a lock.
New Cycle of dragons.
Man-lands seem like a real possibility here.
Block structure is probably H-H-H, D-H-H, L-D-H.
Snow is back. Fetchlands are not (maybe in M15 though).
People keep posting Khans - Warlords - Dragons. I think we are going to see a Khans - Dragons - Warlords with the block setup close to that of Shards setup (Overcoming something evil).
I have been thinking of something that could be connected to this set if snow lands are part of it.
Seasons.
Imagine that as a game of Magic: The Gathering plays out, the seasons change. Some cards have abilities that can only be activated in certain seasons. Other cards can only be played during certain seasons. There may even be cards that can only exist on the battlefield during certain seasons and are automatically destroyed or exiled when the seasons change.
The only part that I have had difficulty with is how to make the seasons change.

Things people have been asking for for a long time: Fetch Lands, Tribal, Wedge Set?
Something Totally New: New Card Type? Maybe Conspiracy is preparing us for something in Khans...
Also, why are people obsessed with banding? It's annoying, ugly, and old. It would have to be super elegant in order to make a comeback. If anything, I'm guessing they'll totally recreate banding into something functional. Banding itself will not return.
Thanks for that mental image- you just sold me on the return of Horsemanship.
And Horsemanship+Flying? Good luck blocking that!

ontopic: I will freaking puke if Sarkhan is RG,
