I'm wondering if all Conspiracies have Hidden Agenda or if they have some other mechanics.
Also foil Brainstorms with DD:IvG art *~drool~*
At least two conspiracies do not have Hidden Agenda (Sentinel Dispatch and Advantageous Proclamation), I would assume a few others provide a start of game boon of some worth and aren't agendas.
I'm hoping that all five of the Legend Cycle get a Conspiracy of their own, we have two so far (Brago's and Muzzio's).
Duel Deck IvG Brainstorms
Duel Deck EvT Swords to Plowshares
Duel Deck SvT Mortify
Duel Deck JvC Fact or Fiction
So many good duel deck arts getting a chance at being foiled. A small part of me was hoping for the original Reflecting Pool art after seeing so many alternate arts, but not this time. Still, this is going to be a great set and a blast to draft. I wonder how WoTC will rule on Lore Seeker and what shops are required to offer or can deny in terms of the extra packs.
Whooo! Reflecting pool reprint! I went to check on the price of foils yesterday and they're $80!!! Hopefully this drops the price, I need one for my Riku deck.
Howling Wolf repint? Never thought I would see that card reprinted...new art or old?
Holy *****! Four of my favorite Duel Deck arts coming to foil ("real" foil for StP )
Now I just need JvC Counterspell and IvG Putrefy and Prophetic Bolt in foil

There were some more cards spoiled in an example match, but I didn't write them down. One of them was something along the lines of:
3WW
4/4
Will of the Council - Each players votes for a color. CARDNAME gets protection of the colors with the most votes.

Someone posted this in the other thread, and it's been added to the spoiler.
For reference, it's a 5W 5/5, and each player votes for Black, Red, Green, or Blue, and it's pro the color(s) with the most votes.

Council Guardian, it's a 6drop 5/5. And it can't have pro-white.
Okay, so there is a very possible chance that you can have no enough packs from a single box of this to draft, assuming you have a large amount of Lore Hunter in the box. Like you keep throwing more CON packs, and ALL of them are Lore hunters.
I think that's why some people will choose an outside set instead of CNS as their target for Lore Seeker. It just depends on what is required from the store and what limits WoTC puts on it. Imagine if they let players bring sealed packs in if they didn't mind them being drafted by the table just to have something random and high powered like Modern Masters.

This is amazing.
Honestly, I bet there is something in place to prevent this from happening.
Namely, I doubt these are distributed like normal Commons-
can you imagine having to remember 5-10 different alteration effects during a draft?
Also, foils of the Conspiracy cards would be beyond pointless
(though I wouldn't put it past them).
I would bet there's an extra card slot that contains either a Conspiracy or a Construct.

With Lore Seeker at rare, it shouldn't run much of a chance of chaining too many extra packs. It could make for an interesting table once you get 2 or even 3 extra packs in. Cogwork Librarian though is going to be an interesting little monster to handle.
I also don't get lurking automaton, can someone explain?
First suppose you only have one Lurking Automaton. If you first picked it, it's a 1/1. If you took it second pick, it's a 2/2. Took it 3rd? 3/3. And so on.
Now suppose you took multiple Lurking Automatons. If you took one first pick and one second pick, both of them are 2/2s.
The presence of Basandra, Battle Seraph raises some questions,
like are we getting the other four of that cycle (including Edric again, his price warrants it)?
I've literally *never* seen a Basandra deck, but I've seen several with Edric, Vish Kal, Skullbriar, and even Nin.
I also really have to wonder if this was originally to be where we saw Terese Nielsen's Hanna, Ship's Navigator,
then they decided to pull a Vindicate.
Also... Stasis Cell? Way to make my heart skip a beat for no good reason, WotC!

I wonder how MTGO will handle it. Will they just give you another Conspiracy pack to draft? or grab a random one from you inventory?

Edric is from Trest, we only know about the city and the "lowlands" of Fiora. He's a strong candidate for reprint if Trest is indeed on Fiora.

Conspiracy is not being released on MTGO, although cards like Dack Fayden are being included in Vintage Masters.

Theyre not putting conspiracy into MTGO, thats why a bunch of conspiracy cards are in vintage masters

Hmm, I hadn't considered the possibility Basandra was actually a native of Fiora-
I just assumed they put her here to get some foils out there
(which is honestly a much better method than Judge Foils IMO).
