I'm not sure how I feel about so many draft-affecting cards-
It could turn drafting into a nightmare.
Or maybe it will actually be fun?
Yeah now we just need that jace counterspell, ral zarek phoetic bolt and the dack fayden electrolyze and washout and i can actually finish foiling my deck.
Definitely yes, Sutcliffe had six, three of which boosted his Screaming Seahawks to 3/3 flying, haste creatures for 3U. How awesome is that! (This was a rhetoric question :))
Edit: These will of the council cards are awesome in 1 on 1 games, since you can always force the tie. Draw three for 3U? Twincast for 1U? These things are pretty pushed! I expect to add a few of them to my cube! If the "you get an extra vote" card is actually playable in cube, oh my! Maybe a manarock like Fractured Powerstone?

I really can't wrap my head around the logistics of Lore Seeker. I can't watch the video/stream right now, so could anyone clear this up for me?
Assuming this is pack 1: You draft Lore Seeker. Your next pick is from the new pack. What happens to the pack that was supposed to be passed to you (from your right)? Do you just get new two picks next pack? Do you draft Lore Seeker and the next pack's first pick simultaneously? Does it replace the pack Lore Seeker was in?
Basically, if you want to open packs to get cards for Standard and Modern, the simpler approach is to just buy all the singles you need and then set some money on fire to make up the difference.
So, I just realized that the Conspiracy spoiler isn't showing any of the reprint cards for the set. Kinda hard to make judgments about it only knowing 65 of the 210 total cards. As far as I know, other spoilers here haven't omitted reprints; is there a reason for this change?
Open Pack 1 of Conspiracy, reveal and draft Lore Seeker.
Acquire next pack from Lore Seeker's ability, pass on CNS Pack 1.
Open new pack and draft 1st pick from that, passing it on.
Finally, draft Pick 2 from CNS Pack from the right.
One thing that will be interesting is seeing how the extra packs are handled, because a table with even one Lore Seeker has a pretty solid edge over the others in the shop, and that only escalates for any more Lore Seekers drafted.

this is probably going to be drafted in pools. meaning you play only against the other people of your table (remember this is played in multiplayer)

Is it just me, or does Conspiracy feel like a cleaned up UN-set?
The draft mechanics seem intriguing, but I hope they aren't super rampant.
How lame would it be to need a judge just for the drafting part?
Honestly I see needing a judge to verify any time something has to be marked. The number of cards you drafted before that construct, and every time you play a conspiracy face down. Naming cards offers a lot of leeway, but when you're doing it face down you really have to establish what card it is prior to play.
I also really have to wonder if this was originally to be where we saw Terese Nielsen's Hanna, Ship's Navigator,
then they decided to pull a Vindicate.
Sorry to go off topic, but did we ever get confirmation that Wizards cut Vindicate from Sorin Vs Tibalt last minute? I've been asking MaRo since the duel deck was spoiled, but he's never answered.

From the video, for the Hidden Agendas each one had a post-it note on it face down start of game, seems like a good way to do it.
For the Construct... put your previous round of draft off to one side for easy memory... and then write it on a post-it note?
More on topic, I usually hate drafting, but I'm definitely going to try and get a box of this for my playgroup. It looks like they really hit the sweet spot with reprints. There are enough fun/valuable cards to attract players like me who don't usually draft, but not so many that all the packs are cracked by sellers and collectors, and none serve their purpose of being drafted.
Are those Conspiracy legal in eternal? How many are allowed to have at the same time? Are the rules anywhere?
They aren't legal in any official format.
We don't know all the details,
but I'm guessing you draft them like normal cards.
They start the game in play, so I'm not sure how multiples are handled.
Maybe they're like DFC cards, and there's one in each pack?
Maybe you can play one for each pack you open?
They should go ahead and release all the official details-

Conspiracy looks a lot more fun to draft than Theros block.
