Color break down of Mythic Rares from Theros Block (including spoiled and known ones [the unspoiled gods]):
Black: 12
White: 12
Blue: 11
Green: 10
Red: 10
This count was obtained by just looking at the colors appearing on each mythic. With the cards in the Spoiler and two unspoiled gods that will come in at the Mythic level we will have 9 Mythics in JOU (5 gods, Ajani, and the three spoiled mono-color mythics). If there is only one more Mythic to be revealed I think the chances of it being RG are high, mainly to bring the Mythic color distribution close to equal.

Wow, Serum Visions confirmed out already? That's a massive ball drop by Wizards there.
Not if you apply common sense and instantly realize that a card with plane-specific name (Serum existed only on Mirrodin) has no chance to be in Theros...
White dictate is Dictate of Heliod. We have an art of it.

That would give RG three mythic rares versus 1 for BR BG and RW I don't see that at all. If it's mono, mono green. I wish I could get an answer on whether or not the rarity distribution is the same as born.
I'm not sure how born disproved the multicolour mythic cycle
Because it had only 1 card (Kiora) fitting such a cycle - which would be rather ridiculous, even moreso when they include something like Chromanticore in.
We have the 5 from Theros as well though. Medomai, Ashiok, Underworld Cerebus, Xenagos, Ashen Rider, Kiora and Ajani that's 7. it just seems odd to have 7 out of 10

If they were going to make a full Multi-mythic cycle for the block, they would have had to included the, RW, UR, and BG mythics in Born. Because putting 2 Mythics in the same color pair in the same set without a good reason (RTR/GTC was 'a good reason') isn't happening.

Which art is it? Has it been confirmed to be the white dictate art? I hate to sound suspicious but it seems odd to me when the 3 dictates so far have been all minor gods that the white one would be Heliod

It was in the Planeswalker's Guide. Heliod is blessing one of his disciples with the tip of the sunspear. The image's random collection of letters ends with _DOH, which matches up with the others using acronyms for card names.

It is just my thought based on the mythic color break down. If it went towards the one of the three pairs you mention, it would weigh the mythic color distribution towards B or W, and why would it make sense for either of those colors to appear on 13 mythic rates where R or G only appear on 10, thus giving B or W more access to a mythic? As I said, this is just my thoughts on the matter.

Why is that? Some cards are banned not because they are inherently broken, but because they synergize better with a bigger card pool. The card selection spells fall under this category, as does something like Deathrite Shaman.
Temple of the False God is also almost certainly going to get denied due to power level issues. (Card was pretty format warping last time it as in Standard.)
Did it warp the format that was dominated by Psychatog or the format that was dominated by Affinity?
Ponder is restricted in Vintage. It got reprinted in Standard twice.
While true, the issue is that, for Standard, Wizards is shying away from deckfixing cantrips as a staple to all blue decks.
Also Ponder is a weird card given it's banned in two out of three eternal formats, it's pretty much as dangerous as the one turn combo of death available in a blue-heavy deck.

While this is true, Standard survived it. Standard would survive and even thrive with a Preordain reprint. It also would make Tempo and Combo playable (though combo is playable already), which would make Standard more diverse.

I have no doubt Standard would survive another two years where Control and Combo are both extra viable. Doesn't change Wizard's stance that they don't want to do deckfixing cantrips as they have a history of breaking formats.
You played JESUS?!?! I heard none of his guys stay in the graveyard, and once you think you have him beat he ALWAYS comes back to win within three turns. I like...WORSHIP him.
Some corrections: Master of the Feast is #75 (proof: Wizards article & the Journey into Nyx spoiler) Heroes' Bane back to #126 (it was originally correct) Hydra Broodmaster is #128 (proof: post #110 in PAX East thread by Tackman)
Added notes:
I don't know what to make of Terese Nielsen's "Sheep" at #18. It can neither be "Star Woolen Sheep" nor the Facebook suggested card name "Astral Sheep".
Something is fishy between Doomwake Giant and Extinguish All Hope both appear to be #66 even at max zoom. My guess is that the latter, Extinguish All Hope is actually #68 and Doomwake Giant is indeed #66, thusly, not leaving many cards between the letters Ext and Gnarled Scarhide at #72 -- As is, 5 cards between Ext-Gna seems a bit excessive to me in the colour B; R would be a totally different story because of all possibilities in the letter F: "fiery", "fire", "flame", "forge", "fury", to name a few.
So how many more rares do we have coming? Any idea on the color distribution on the remaining rares?

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring

That's too bad - red/white and blue/red in particular could use some splashy cards for edh/cubes/etc.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.

Preordain is banned in Modern.
That doesn't prevent it from being legal in Standard for a while... although that would make it very confusing.
You're point being? Just because a card is banned in one format doesn't mean that it can't be reprinted in Standard.

Color Parity in only as much of a priority as they can manage it to be. Not every set has to have equal color representation at the highest rarities.
Also as a small set, ten is the count of mythics unless they print one on the Land sheet. (Which they won't as we've seen all three lands.)
Reasons: in dd jvv and this set is likely a topdeck matters set and modern need an additional of good counterspell.
