I'm pretty sure this will include a singleton Marsh Flats. Wizards knows how in-demand fetches are, and they definitely want this to sell well, so they can start making Modern Event Decks an annual cash cow.
Imo if Marsh Flats is in the deck it would be listed on the back of the packaging. Why would WotC intentionally not list the best card in the deck on the back and include a picture? Added hype would help the product sell.
Wizards stated that the picture floating around was just an early mockup and not necessarily indicative of the contents.

Would Dark Confidant still be good if he punched you in the face for 5 damage a turn?
At this point, I think Wizards may be intentionally withholding the decklist or delaying it as long as possible to prevent price speculation on the product. After all, if a retailer or speculator doesn't know the deck's contents, the retailer or speculator will have trouble justifying a higher price to buyers.
If this is true it seems like a futile effort. Speculators don't need much time to 'speculate' and thus effect the secondary market value of the product. With the exception of one LGS in my area (the one I actually preordered from at MSRP)stores are refusing to take preorders until they see a deck list for the event deck. They don't want to be 'left out in the cold' if the deck contains a ton of chase cards. So unless WotC keeps the deck list a secret until it literally is sold off the shelf I don't see how withholding the list benefits them in the least.
There are at least two online retailers that have been selling the deck at or near MSRP for about a week now, so if anyone's worried about inflated prices now's the time to grab them.

What retailers are those?
Miniature Market is one of them. Only 4 left at $80 as of right now. They had them at $75 a few days ago when I ordered mine.
Cool Stuff Inc. had them for several days at $75 but it looks like they've bumped the price to $100 now.
"Due to distribution restrictions we are only able to ship this product to the United States, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. "
Quite Gaulling for those who are not in the US...
Talk to your country's government about their free trade restrictions.
It has nothing to do with that.
A Canadian online retailer can only sell sealed magic product to addresses in Canada.
A UK online retailer can only sell sealed magic product to addresses in the UK.
An Australian retailer can only sell sealed magic product to addresses in Australia.
I think this policy WOTC enacted is the dumbest they ever made, only to very old sealed magic product anyway. I don't care if they use this policy on product that is 2 years or younger, but anything older than that, this policy shouldn't exist.
I know this has nothing to do with free trade restrictions because a US based online retailer can't sell to a Canadian address. It is more of a WOTC restriction, than a Canadian government restriction. I don't know about UK or Australia though.
I also know this is a WOTC restriction because if it was government of Country X's restriction, that means that the person of country X can't buy anything from an American online retailer, from computers, to phones, to video games, to Pokemon Cards. Since it is only sealed magic product that cannot be shipped to other countries, it is therefore WOTC's restriction, not a free trade restriction of country X.

The UK has very good relations with the US, so I shouldn't imagine there'd be a problem on that front.
Free trade restrictions? Between US and Canada? Has anyone heard of NAFTA? haha.
Anyway, if what SirBruce says is true, then how come a person in Canada can buy a laptop computer from the US, but can't buy Sealed Magic product? Yup, it is a WOTC restriction. The sad news, for you anyway, is that I still believe that this restriction should be for 2 years or younger sealed magic product. The Modern Event Deck is so brand new that it isn't even out yet, which means it is younger than 2 years, which means that an American online retailer can't ship this product to Canada or the UK, or anywhere but in the US or its territories. This is to help the brick and mortar stores, so a UK person can't just buy solely from American online retailers and put the UK brick and mortar store out of business.
This policy however is total crap when it comes to product older than 2 years. 2 year old product has either been opened, or stuck in a certain country while someone in another country wants it. Most stores in Canada don't carry 2 years or older magic product. I basically want to purchase Alara block intro packs but no online store in Canada sells them, and none of the local stores in Canada sells them. I know one American online retailer that sells them, but because of this policy, I can't buy from them. A way to be able to purchase them is to go across Canada to every single store that sells Magic to see if they sell Alara block intro packs, but that is just a waste of time and money.
Note that buying the 41 singles to build the alara block intro pack is not the same as buying it sealed. First, you don't have the box, second, you don't have the 2 pamphlets, and third, all the cards are used rather than fresh out of the box.
Often times, online resellers have gotten around the restriction by telling you that they will open the product before they ship it to you.
And then they're shipping you a used product. If this is something with fixed contents that you're intended to open anyways, that may not matter to you.
Ahem. People seem to have missed the point again. Yes, it's a WotC restriction, but it's a restriction BECAUSE of less than favorable free trade policies. If you want WotC to allow cross-border distribution, you need to entice them with better trade policies. WotC is not the only store that operates a regional distribution model, and they don't do so because it makes them LESS money.
Wizards have been keeping a tight lid ever since the "leak". Those cards may or may not be the final cards, but they may just want to quell down the negative rumors surrounding it so LGS can peacefully secure their preorders.
Then Voila! When the product spoils we see the said cards in them. lol That would be the worst possible scenario. I'm not counting it out.

There is a(t least one) firm in the US whose existence is based on the fact that several online stores can't/won't ship worldwide. They will give you a US address to put on your order and then charge a small fee to forward the item to you. I can't remember what they were called, but you should be able to find them with some google-skills.
Are these Modern event decks like the Standard ones, where theyre not really that good? Like my first deck in Magic was the Abhorrent Overlord Theros starter deck and was a complete waste of money.

Standard event decks are dece.
What you bought was an intro packs, and they are teh stank.
My room stinks because I own a ton of intro packs because I like to collect them.
What intro packs are good for is inviting your non-magic playing friends who aren't even thinking about playing magic full time to play magic without having you to be mean to your buddies because either you want them to buy their own cards, or that your decks are too good, because most people can't balance 2, let alone 5 decks to be close to equal to each other.
This is basically how I roll. Someone comes in, and I ask them to play magic, and they don't normally play, and I know that they probably won't play. I have 100+ intro packs, so I say "Pick a deck". Intro packs, easy to use, but they suck. Then again, it's like playing a recreational hockey league, so it isn't like some NHL player is playing in that league anyway.
I'm not saying that people should use intro packs all the time, just like how people shouldn't always be playing in recreational leagues when you want to become a pro.

It wastes the same amount of space as 6000 Magic cards. If you count me keeping the packaging and all, then yes, I am running out of room, not to mention that I also collect event decks, duel decks, commander decks, and any precon that WOTC puts out, including this $75+ deck. I should also mention I collect Yugioh and Pokemon precons as well.
