Unless the Librarian is just a Red Herring, perhaps the new Multiplayer product has something to do with drafting.
I know Yu-Gi-Oh! just release a product that was specifically designed for drafting, so maybe the fact that this is the first card other than Stocking Tiger and Booster Tutor to actually mention a booster pack in it's rules text shows that the next multiplayer supplement has something to do with drafting.
why 40? They don't make 40 card decks. Its always 60 cards. And Planechase 1 & 2/Archenemy had four decks. Why would this have similar numbers but an extra deck?
60 x 5 = 300 that's far to much.
60 x 4 = 240 much closer to the 210 to the collectors number of the card.
Since there's drafting involved, this likely isn't going to be a 60-card preconstructed deck format, but rather something like a Cube, a pool of cards designed to be made into randomized booster packs and drafted. The standard 40-card limit for Limited decks applies.

True, it could be a product in boosters designed entirely for drafting.

On the subject of Magister of Worth: It's clearly designed for multiplayer, but it's incredibly strong in a two-player game. Since a tie defaults to killing the board, if you vote "condemn" then it will kill everything else no matter what your opponent votes for. It's a guaranteed wrath that leaves behind a 4/4 flying body. Pretty nice.
I would love to try this in Nic Fit (assuming it is real) but it competes with Sun Titan and Grave Titan and is only good when you're behind on the board. Interesting card though.
Quickly! Somebody please do us all a favor and download the audio, and mess with the pitch! I have a feeling (and I could be wrong) but it could be someone whose voice we have heard... Just because we know a few MtG folks do podcasts and all.

Looks like the former. 210 divides evenly for 5-person pods (14 cards/booster) and 7-person pods (10 cards/booster). Odd numbers of players make sense for a format where voting is a thing.

Here you go I tweaked with the pitch a bit, still sounds pretty computer generated to me but increasing the pitch does make it sound more human. http://picosong.com/Y9tr
This is awesome. Looks like a draftable supplemental product.
The light is finally coming on for wizards. Making your product draftable increases desirability exponentially. I have no use for the Commander product. I can acquire any card I want for my decks individually.
This on the other hand, incentivizes me not only to buy the product, but to buy more of it than I need for constructed.
Just about every supplemental product going forward should be like this.
So the logo is a hexagonal table coming out of a cube. That seems to me like it's a 6 person cube, allowing players to each draft 35 cards to build 40 card decks from. Instead of trying to explain pairings and rankings, I guess it made more sense for them to turn the actual game/match into a multi-player experience.
EDIT: Actually, it seems like it might make more sense to be a rotisserie draft. That would play a hell of a lot better, if the other players know what you have in your deck, they may or may not help you, depending on the board state. If that isn't what this is, it would make a fun variant.
This is an ARG! I think I'm more excited about this than the actual cards (though multiplayer politics and drafting sounds amazing as well). If we got a card like this at the BNG prerelease, chances are that we'll find one in JOU as well.
In the interim, I hope there are more clues and some extremely difficult puzzles to be solved. I've always thought that the MtG community would be particularly... game for something like this, since it's extremely large, interconnected, and populated by analytical people.

Patch me back to my mind
-The angel appears to be a deliberate promotional leak, semi-confirmed by the number on the back being a phone number that gave us a code that spoiled the Librarian draft-based card AS WELL AS MaRo talking about it on Tumblr (which he wouldnt normally be allowed to do if it were a mistake and not deliberate).
-The Phone number gave us a big ol' code that some more crafty members cracked with some cool software (can be done free online) which basically turned out to be a cool Artifact Creature that is a 3/3 who can be drafted and switched for another extra card in later picks
So this is about where we are at. No text for the coded card is confirmed, but we have a pretty cleaned up version.

This set better not cost some ridiculous amount of money per pack again like Modern Masters... I'm praying these packs aren't more than regular price, and I'm also praying they run them at regular print run. Too many times Wizards has placed the price of their products high, then only letting them be driven higher by greedy local Gaming stores.
There was a link to see this image, but I don't think that the image itself has been posted in here (sorry if it has and I missed it). Here's the card back.
This was a really cool idea, I came in a little late and still got the feel of the reveal by reading through the thread. I really hope there are a few more out there that will pop up as midnight hits across the globe!
I am really intrigued by the idea of a multiplayer draftable product - maybe it is something like a more formal version of the old Star Draft variation.
Anyway now that you've gotten over the fake vs real discussion
How about the card itself?
In multiplayer maybe this card is balanced with enough players, but in 1v1 magic this translates to a 6 CMC 4/4 flying that destroys all other creatures when it lands on the battlefield. Its clearly not going to be in standard, same as the other supplements, and would utterly blow out standard if it existed. How about modern though? Its a much bigger desolation giant, arguably more than martial coup, more reasonably costed than dread cacodemon or the myojin. I'd be doubtful it would find a home beyond this format of whatever its in, but its a step up all of those save maybe coup.
