Hunter's Prowess4G
Sorcery (Rare)
Until end of turn, target creature gets +3/+3 and gains trample and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw that many cards."
If you can do a ton of damage to a player you're already winning most likely. Also sorcery speed means your guy will die to so much removal it's not funny.
Every time this is played the opponent will have a hand full of removal and several untapped lands. Might as well just throw away the whole pack if you crack it and see this garbage.
If it were cmc 3 I feel it would be great, 4 probably fringe playable, 5 seems too slow without being an instant; your opponent will have a kill spell or a counter for sure before you play this on turn 5+.

Welp, you're totes right. Guess I shouldn't play creatures anymore, my opponent is always gonna have untapped land and a hand full of removal.
Anyway, it's a super interesting card with a lot of draw potential. I don't expect much out of it in standard where it might be too slow, but in limited it's going to be terrific particularly with heroic, and in EDH it's obviously very solid card advantage. It's 'specially good with a lot of voltron decks.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Actually seems pretty great in a casual hexproof deck. Get a big swing in and profit. It's a good mechanic for green to have, but this card is on the clunky end.

Predator's Strike + Hunter's Insight - instant speed. Seems like an interesting enough card, for casual games.

Definitely getting those vibes, especially with a heavy amount of mythics/rares being more for other formats.
5mana is meh though.
