OMG. I seriously almost teared up when my boyfriend showed me this. I've been hoping for ages that there'd be a new hag card anytime, but all my friends had me convinced they'd never appear again. Oh, and the card itself is amazing.

It is ironically better in Legacy where there is JTMS, Brainstorm, Ponder and Griselbrand, and can be fetched with Academy Rector. Cute, but unplayable outside of casual.
Strictly worse than Notion Thief, which sees 0 play in younger formats. Spoilers the last two days have been awful (except for RG. Thanks, Obama!)
Er, no? This and notion thief do two completely different things.
That said, I can see this being played in the black match-ups. When Underworld Connections costs 2 life, and they have a decent body that dodges a good chunk of the new removal in BNG (Bile Blight and Drown in Sorrow). So I can see it being played.
Good card. Nekusar players everywhere will want a copy.
Preeeetty much. Underworld Dream number 4 (after UD itself, Spiteful Visions, and Nekusaur) makes me a very happy guy. Now all I need is a functional reprint of Liliana's Caress to get my third copy of that...

Oh, you're right. Unfortunately, based on my Nekusaur deck's color distribution, I only have about... 6 red permanents in the deck (most of my red cards are wheels), so Parasite is out. And I'd rather not be paying the 2 for Tyranny every time that I wheel, so that's out
And mono black would rather play Erebos. It has the same effect, more upside and forces them to draw Detention Sphere when they sphinx for 5 instead of one of the dozen removals Esper has to kill this creature.
With a Greed attached to him and the possibility to turn into a huge 5/7 beater. Yeah, I agree Mono Black would still play Erebos.
That's why you should play Tomorrow, that way you won't actually be drawing cards yourself. It will also help you avoid damage from Spiteful or a cloned/stolen Neku.
I do love Tomorrow, but the only copy of the card that I have is one of my alt generals for my mono blue big stompies. (Originally, the deck was actually built to run him as the commander, but people were getting pissed at how long my turns took, so I compromised with them and decided that the way I'd choose my general was by picking a random legendary at the start of the game.)
Am I the only one who thinks this card is from "Fated" cycle(yes, black gets a creature instead of a Instant or Sorcery)??
Probably. It just doesn't make sense, a cycle is (almost always) themed around a mechanic, then given a unifying name. The fated cycle is built to be 3 color intensity instants that give you an additional effect of scry 2 if you cast them on your turn. Fate Unraveler is more likely referencing the Fates and each moral's thread of fate.

Notion Thief punishes extra card drawing.
This punishes extra card drawing but not as well because they can still draw cards.
And there's no way that MBC wants a creature that's both worse than Desecration Demon and only situation ally useful in their 4 drop slot.

I dont see how this is an excuse for not running it...
Good card. Nekusar players everywhere will want a copy. Don't think it's competitive constructed viable though unless we seriously see some wheel effects alongside Waste Not (though even then it could be dicey, but stranger things have happened).
I think it could see play in decks (maybe not a deck for itself but black or Bx) only because it's a a 3/4 for 4 mana that is easy to cast, dodges the dreaded 3 damage removal buff, and also has a relevant effect against card draw, which is something that happens at least one time during their turn. I don't know if that's good enough to be in black devotion, but maybe decks like UB control could make some sort of uprising. We still haven't seen Phenax (Although I am not prepared for him to be good.)

Good in limited maybe in Standard too i give 5 out of 6
I'm mostly coming from a Legacy standpoint here.

I bet everyone forgot that card existed.

If what was said about a cycle of iconic enchantments made creatures is correct, here's my power wishlist: Goblin Bombardment, Earthcraft, Mind over Matter, Humility. But they would never print anything like those so a more plausible wishlist is: Rath's Furnace, Counterbalance, Heartbeat of Spring, Land Tax.

wait... what?
Notion Thief is a completely different card in every single aspect... how's this Strictly worse?

...I'd like to see Aurification as a creature, but that's mostly because I just love that card.
Now that I think about it, it would totally fit with the Greek mythology theme, too. Not likely, but it would be fun to see
Takes a lot of design space away from enchantments.

Got a whole deck based around those, shockers, and Winds of Change / Liliana's Caress

The enchantment creature part is almost pure downside.
Why don't they just remove the entire enchantment card type and be done with it, instead of this travesty.
This.
Coming out on turn 4 or 5, dealing 1 damage on their next turn... still letting them draw 5 cards with Revelations...
No thank you.
