I'm personally a fan of a rotating lineup of core set walkers. It was cool to see Sorin Markov and Gideon Jura both in M12 alongside Garruk, Jace, and Chandra. It gave Ajani and Liliana a much needed break.
Personal wishlist for M15: Garruk, Tamiyo, Liliana, Koth, and original Elspeth.
^ not going to happen though.
As far as Garruk being the face of M15, good for him. I don't think he'll be B, though, or even B/. They might just make a new G version that was a black-flavored ability which is still on green's color pie. That being said, with nothing else to go on, everything is pretty much speculation at this point.
Creative has stated that he can still planeswalk out of Ravnica. So there goes that notion.
Well, that's... disappointing. Though it doesn't guarantee that we'll see him to the degree we normally do - certainly not 5 printings in roughly a year, like we have now.
I thought that they said that there would be problems if he left and the guild leaders would start breaking The Guildpact.
They said that the longer he stays away, the more likely there will be problems. To me, that implies that he's going to keep being the Core Set planeswalker, and keep having cameos, but is unlikely to be central to a block again for a while.
Maybe we'll get lucky and Dimir will find a loophole in the Living Guildpact, assassinate Jace, and then Jace will become a ghost, and lose his spark when he dies.
I'd love an all female Core set.
Because reasons. <3
Unlikely because marketing. :c
Why do you say that? Having all the planeswalkers be female would appeal to male audiences because those players would enjoy being able to see attractive women on the cards, and appeal to female players by providing them with role models/characters with whom they can identify. That is, of course, a drastic generalization, since not everyone would react to an all-female cast of planeswalkers in such a manner, but that could be the reason for WotC choosing to feature such a cast, if they ever do decide to do that.
AFAIK WotC have re-used the Lorwyn-5 to keep some level of consistency and somewhat to limit the amount of super-friends-decks to blossom.
WotC did feature Gideon and Sorin in Magic 2012, in the place of Ajani and Liliana, so perhaps Jace and/or Chandra may be replaced by other planeswalkers in Magic 2015?

Finding loopholes is actually more of the Orzhov's territory than that of the Dimir, but I do like your idea, nevertheless, even if it is extremely unlikely to ever occur.

Nitpicking, but Sorin and Gideon were in Magic 2012, not Magic 2011.

Fine, Teysa finds a loophole, contracts the assassination to Lazav, who subcontracts it to the Cozen, Massacre Girl (that's Exava right?), Krenko, and Varolz, who subsubcontracts to Lotleth Troll, making a contest out of it. Eventually, he has to die, whether it is to the best assassin in Ravnica (perhaps even better than the Dimir assassins), the most wanted serial killer in the multiverse, a gang of bloodthirsty goblins, or a very deadly, very powerful Troll.

The Guildpact is LIVING. Isn't that a loophole by itself already.
Unfortunately, Jace also wields the research paper that proves he's the most popular planeswalker amongst planeswalkers that reside on the plane called Earth.
With that paper he could order the ten guilds to merge as one and they must obey. And command the Eldrazi to consume them if the guilds don't comply.
Bolas spent 25,000 years trying to get that piece of paper.

Lol, I think they need to do another poll
Edit: I put up a poll for both card form and another for flavor/story

It's both their territory. And having the Dimir do it would be more fitting, since they were the ones to find the loophole in the original guildpact.
Not necessarily. Innistrad came out September 2011 and was the last time Garruk had a Planeswalker card related to his story and character progression. The latest Garruk from M14 was disconnected from his current plight and events - the effects of which are very clear in the announcement rendering. It's expected we'll see a new Ajani in Journey into Nyx which is the release right before M15, and Jace is featured in the upcoming Dual Deck. Of the Lorwyn Five that leaves Liliana and Garruk for the face of Magic 2015.
Ajani will most certainly be fighting alongside Elspeth in Journey into Nyx. Just check out this spoiled art.
Garruk the face of M15. Garruk taking his hunt bigger game mentality and carrying it with him to the return to Zendikar. Garruk fights Eldrazi. Eldrazi fall to Garruk. Garruk continues on to kill all of the crap Kiora brings with her. Garruk is all that is man.
Ajani will most certainly be fighting alongside Elspeth in Journey into Nyx. Just check out this spoiled art.
That art is so utterly badass. Go Xenagos! Get 'em!
On topic bit more, I find this whole "Each year one of the main Planeswalkers gets a supposed spotlight" very tiresome. Planeswalkers get enough attention as is, to the point of overkill. I want to play Magic: The Gathering, not Magic: The Planeswalkers.
Garruk goes to Rubiah and calls forth a bigger, badder Juzam Djinn, even bigger and badder than Grinning Demon....

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.

Have some irony:

Sorry about that; I shall fix my previous post.
