It should have; cannot be blocked by more than one creature.
Also, if this card gets bounced or flickered the pack should go to the graveyard, then you play eternal witness to get the pack back to your hand. Unfortunately the pack does not have a mana cost so it cannot be cast. I knew there would be a rules hitch somewhere
I feel there is a certain quality missing from this card as opposed to the previous cards. The previous cards did interesting things that would have trouble working even in Un-sets (Gifts Given putting opponents' cards in your hand, Evil Presents attacking its controller), or working within the scope of the rules in a non-intuitive fashion (the fruitcake, the ooze, the fight card, the snowglobe). This just feels like it could've been printed in an Un-set, ala booster tutor.
...Or it could just be I have an inherent hatred of 3/3s for 5.

Un-set cards have no more restrictions on them than the Holiday cards do.
But there still aren't Un-cards that have you put controller's cards into another player's hidden zone with the intention of eventually returning them. That's a line that has never been crossed for apparent logistical reasons.
Also, "a player attacking themselves" will not even work under the current rules, no way about it.
As other people have pointed out, Planeswalkers are mad expensive and a Holiday PW would be super high-cost. That said, I would really love to see Santa Claus, Planeswalker someday. It even makes sense within the MTG universe: Santa's gotta get presents to everyone in the Multiverse somehow, so obviously he's gotta be a Planeswalker.

He's not only got to be a Planeswalker, he has to also be a time traveler. Karn, Father of Machines Christmas
Maybe this card would be a good way to use those half price packs from Walgreens. Or, since it never says exactly what kind of booster there are always things like Guild Boosters, Faction Boosters (SOM block), or the 9 card packs that are always $2. Come on people this is an Un card at heart and as I learned from Ender Wiggin - "If they're going to cheat then so will we".

Cuz you can't reuse it. Oh wait...

I'm not sure what you mean by "would have trouble working even in Un-sets," given that there's an Unhinged card that involves giving cards you own from outside the game to your opponents and an Unglued card that swaps your hands, libraries, and graveyards.
Un-set cards have no more restrictions on them than the Holiday cards do.
