It's single-handedly warped U/x creature decks around itself in an eternal format.
So, exponentially worse.
If by warped you mean shoe horned into existing decks that ran Stoneforge Mystic? Heck, most Merfolk decks are running 1-2 MB or only SB at this point and it's no where to be found in RUG.
Seriously, think about it for a second. How much different is it then Invisible Stalker in Bant Auras? Sure, if they don't have some *** effect in the next set it would get crazy, but it doesn't have any equipment/auras that make it abusable.

The card just made every non-blue aggro deck obsoleted, killed Jund and what remained of Zoo variants, Goblins. Classic RUG will go the way of the dodo soon since they have 0 ways to win against a resolved TNN, unless they start playing more lands and play TNNs of their own. The card, differently from stupid stalker, it's 3 times faster as a clock, can't be removed by pyroclasm effects, has infinite toughness on the block while killing a lot of creatures that it block. TNN will warp the meta to obscene levels, death and taxes is already losing a lot of appeal and will probably go from a top deck to a fringe one, and we'll see mostly combo vs blue-based control with TNN for the rest of the season. I for one i am not excited for this.

Invisible Stalker was a terrible blocker. This thing can block anything aside from pro blue/creatures + some sort of evasion. Also any AoE damage effects would kill it. It's impact in EDH isn't that crazy considering that they are 2 other opponents that can blast him with anything but in 1v1? This card is pretty much going to stay on the field unless a global wrath/bounce/sacrifce (if there is more than him out).
But yeah I would not want TNN to be in Standard. Mono Blue devotion doesn't have to get any more stupider.

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
In the same way you can tell someone is from the XVIII century because he is arroused by ankles, you can tell someone is from USA because he feels nipples disturbing.
Scryland -> Scryland -> Scryland on their first three turns, digging for that T4 Verdict? No, thank you.
Was hoping for the B/G one to come out with BNG so that testing B/g Devotion doesn't have as painful a manabase as it does now...
I can't even imagine them splitting up the cycle of lands, I believe they said that they never wanted to do that again with land cycles, which is why they did 5 in RtR and 5 in Gatecrash. Meaning that whenever we get a new dual land cycle, we'll either get 5 Enemy/Ally, or we'll get 10 chunked out in groups of five.
Realistically he should only be unblockable without equipment
Guard 1: There goes a sword floating down the street!
Guard 2: Well, he's unblockable, so ignore it.
Eat your greens kids, omnath does, and it makes him strong....

they said they would do all 10 pair of lands for standard spliting they over the block. ( like the fast lands and check/shock/ and prety much scry lands: the fast lands are 5 (allied colored) while the others where/are/will be in 10 for the last and actual standard. they said they would not make unfavorable land distribution for the colors pairs)
How much worse is it then Invisible Stalker?

It doesn't really match the flavor of Theros though... TNM would be a much better fit (not saying that it should be printed in the set though).
