At the Beginning of your upkeep, you gain 2 life.
Whenever you gain life, you pay pay 1.
If you do, draw a card and each opponent loses 1 life.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Oloro is in the command zone, you gain 2 life.
I have divined your fate. You shall find your nemesis, a catastrophic clash. Devastation, misery for all, the unleashing of horrible curses and ferocious powers. Ruin, such ruin that I dream each night of blessed peace, assured that the universe is in balance once more...
Okay, that guy seems pretty good. Decent body and essentially a double inverted Phyrexian Arena with an upkeep of :1mana:. And of course you basically start the game at 60+ life. And that isn't even taking into account that you can activate the ability multiple times a turn if you have other lifegain sources.

I think lifegain presently has the tools to be a very solid deck if you build combo-lifegain. The real question with this guy is whether or not having blue is worth losing the combo potential of Teysa.
Wow, this creature is very awesome! I definitely would like to use him as the general of my black/blue/white deck, but I currently am using Sen Triplets, and am very fond of them, so I am not certain that I can make such a change. I do, however, like how this card is providing benefits for lifegain, which itself is not always the best of strategies, and also how each general for this set does seem to have some ability that relates to the command zone, which is another unique and fascinating aspect of this format.
The new previews for this set are very exciting, thus far, and I cannot wait to see more of them!
