Based on this, as well as the timing (we first learned of Theros this way approximately 1 year ago), it seems very likely that this is the name of the fall 2014 expansion.
Seems like a super odd name for an expansion. And with WotC alternating between returning to a plane then visiting a new one it seems suspect. I've heard rumors that next block is a return to zendikar (unconfirmed.)

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."

It's not that odd a name; it's the same style used with Champions of Kamigawa/Shards of Alara. As for a return to Zendikar...it's a bit soon for that. Both Scars and RTR were 7 years after the originals.
Doesn't the language in that trademark information you posted make it sound like some sort of video game?
This part in particular is what makes it sound like an expansion:

In all seriousness, with MaRo claiming Huey is a bottom-up design, the first things that come to mind are tribal, monocolor, and tokens. I think it might be a bit too soon to revisit (the ruins of) Zendikar, so I'd welcome another new plane.

That's just been the pattern since 2010 though. We had original Mirrodin, Kamigawa, and original Ravnica (all new when debuted) back to back to back, followed by a return to Dominaria, then followed by Lorwyn, Alara, and Zendikar (all new).
Having two new planes in a row would definitely not be out of the ordinary, not by a long shot. There hasn't been a consistent enough pattern to base any speculation.
This seems legit, however... trademarks are how we knew Scars of Mirrodin, Innistrad, and Theros in advance.
Is that name associated with any of the Planechase planes?
A brief search on Gatherer says no, which is disappointing. I would have liked a Theros card in Planechase 2012 as well, but that didn't happen either.
They know these planes are synched and scheduled in years in advance... they know exactly where they are going and when. You think they could incorporate themes from upcoming blocks into special sets like Planechase.
fnord is usually spot on with his findings. I'm inclined to believe it. Also, I don't think we're revisiting another plane for at least another two years - 2015 at the earliest.
Eh. This could well be the next magic set, but this also sounds a lot like the type of subheading things like Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate get.
And there's been talk about an upcoming CRPG D&D game. Dungeons and Dragons: Warlords of Khanar seems quite valid. Given that it would seem to time with the release of D&D Next...

Yup. It's called MTGO.
Those categories have been used for previous MTG set marks.

ugh why is Maro always ruining Magic
As long as they also release it on laser disc, I won't complain too much.

I'm thinking it's a new victrola brand.
But seriously, new D&D video game, ala neverwinter nights.

"Mirrodin," "Time Spiral" etc.
Gonna bet this is NOT a Magic set.
the fire - I will become the flame." - Lim-Dûl, the Necromancer
Well, except the part I quoted above, which mentions Card Games...
"Scars of Mirrodin"? "Shards of Alara"? It could easily be about the fact that Khanar is wartorn and everyone is either a king or a pawn.

The Warlords are the ones who command the T-Rexes. There will be a cycle of Legendary warlords riding on T-Rexes.
Well, anyway, maybe Sarkhan will return. Warlords of SARKHANar. Get it?
Eh, well, it sounds like a weird name for a set to me. It also sounds too red themed, and yup, most warlords in Magic are red.
I dunno. I'll just wait and see, as usual.
On a different note.
There is only 1 card with the flavor text that has khan in it
. In addition no card name or flavor text has Khanar and no card name has khan in it
Decks used- GGarruk vs LilianaB, WElsepth vs TezzeretU, WGKnights vs DragonsR
WGRAjani vs BolasRUB, WUVenser vs KothR, RUIzzet vs GolgariGB.
